In 1967, my mother was invited to sing at this very church and went into labour whilst singing. I was literally born inside the church because they could not get her into the labour ward (used to be adjacent to the church) on time! My mother was a brilliant soprano and "Olori Ijo T'orun" was one of the songs she used to sing. of recent, I have been finding it hard to pray as I would like (sometimes words fail us), so I decided to listen and sing to worship songs and by chance, came upon this rendition, which has lifted my spirit!
