My package almost got returned because I live in an apartment and Fedex left a door tag since I wasn't home. Y Wigs texted me to make sure I was able to get the package rerouted for pick up and asked me if I needed any of their help. I was so impressed I've never had a hair company show so much concern and customer service! 👏👏👏 Also, the bundles look very full and high quality! Very impressed with this company! 💛💛💛

Ywigs treat influenencers differently than regular paying customers. Delivery is more than 3 days. And there will not be 2 bundles for each pack. Bundles are not as full as these influencers recieve. You will pay for every bumdle sent.
While I’m not trying to invalidate your personal experience, I’ve purchased outside of our collaborations and so have my customers. I’m not sure where your located but shipping can vary due to your location I’m assuming I’m in CA and it comes pretty quick. Hair quality from my experience has been the same , we have always gotten what we paid for. I do appreciate your feedback tho , i always encourage that if you don’t feel like you are receiving what you have paid for to reach back out to the company bc that’s not ok.
