  • As a young girl Kathy Keller boldly wrote a series of letters to C.S. Lewis. Those letters along with Lewis's books played a pivotal role in Kathy's conversion and later in her ministry. Kathy is the wife of Timothy Keller the Founding Pastor of Redeemer Presbyterian Church in New York City. In this week's episode Drs. Crystal and David Downing interview Kathy remotely about her letters to Lewis, her unique journey to faith, and the influence of several other Wade authors like Tolkien and Sayers on both Kathy and Tim's ministry and books.

I am Catholic and pretty sure, based on RC's teaching, he doubts my eternal destination, but listening to Sproul for any amount of time has to do something for a Christian who loves the bible. He is a very good teacher and entertaining without the fireworks. I suppose that is my subjective opinion. Your response sounds like you are discounting this interview because the name Sproul came out. Does Sproul trigger you? We are adults here, if you are unable to enjoy this interview because of the small inclusion of a name, then stop and move on - is there really a need to leave a disparaging comment? Is there a need for me to leave this comment? Well, it is early in the morning and I am grumpy.
