Yeah Toby shouldn’t trust them at all, new policies doesn’t mean anything considering who running that show and how manipulative and corrupt they are. That’s exactly how they baited Otso into doing their dirty work the last time they promise something and then they lie about not promising anything. Toby is just being used for whatever Yellow Kat and Davis have planned and it is going to end up bad.
