Chocolate should only be melted in the microwave in a glass bowl never plastic!
Use silicone not glass
Plastic may not be the healthiest option but it's better for the tempering process.

초콜릿 뿌리기 전에 토치같은걸로 판에 불을 직접 갖다 대더라고요. 소독 효과가 있지 않을까요..?
