yeap the state is gonna be arriving any minute and I don’t think that they’re gonna be able to fake anything because the CDC had already done shadow work behind the other housekeeper and they said that many of the housekeepers did not even sanitize or clean toilets. So I feel that the state is going to catch them.
As a nurse, I once worked at a nursing rehab facility that tried to ration adult diapers at night. 2 per patient per night. Yet the CNA’s were mandated to do incontinence checks every 2 hours. It was a nightmare.
" We need more People like you working in these Facilities, BLESS YOUR HEART and KINDNESS." Glad you are Posting this! " These places love the Money they Receive though!"
Sounds to me sweet girl that you should be running that mess! I feel for you so much! I think you would be an awesome nurse! You are crying from sheer frustration!
Illegal practices don’t change until people face the law, sadly. Pray that someone who cares about the residents will replace her. Maybe that will be you.
You have a beautiful heart a huge heart of compassion start your own business sweety and hire those who have good character as yourself, your will make a huge impact. God bless you Emerald Green.
Yes!!! Let the families know what is happening!!! Retired RN here. I admire your courage and compassion. You can make a difference! Never compromise your integrity. Let your light conti nue to shine. God Bless you as your journey continues.
In any case of elder abuse and yes there are protections put in place look for the state hotline it could be on PNA/OPA or called different in your state, you can report anonymously and save your patients. I experienced this when my mom went into a nursing home and got mersa. If you take a position and have a heart knowing this could be a family member and can't find it on a board in your agency look it up on your phone. I had worked in a similar field so the nursing home had no idea who they were dealing with but please look out for our elders.
You know, I believe you are 100% correct. There are sadly many places like that. It's elder abuse! When I was doing missionary work we 4 went to an elderly home & wound up calling on this horrible situation. Those elderly were taken out & put in a cleaner environment, where they were truly tended to. I'm joyous you quit. You can go into your own cleaning services. May TMH YAHUAH bless your sweet soul in YAHUSHA'S mighty name. 🕊
He is paying for all services ! Hang in there woman , its rough dealing with cold hearted people. Stay true to what tou belive and follow yor better judgement . You must have someone higher up you can report to. Stand your ground.
I’m trying to work on a professional letter that I can send to the Director administrator. I did talk to HR and she gaslight me the whole time. This place was rated a D minus as a care facility and they had 29 harm tags
I work as an independent contractor doing cleaning and caregiving for the elderly. The pay is better and you are your own boss ... I think you'd be good at this. Terrible how that lady treats you. Hang in there!! Know you're better than that, and some day you'll have your own gig, without losers such as she. 👍
CNA was my first job right after highschool I took it as a highschool program for free , and I cried like that every shift. After about a year I took medical assistance program and worked with an an oncologist three more years. I still cry for the patients it is grief because old age and terminal illnesses is very sad but the team of family, patient and medical staff is very important for comfort in the last days of a human life , please don't forget God is watching and the surveillance cameras too stay careful and Strong and keep sharing the patience with us RUclipsr viewers your voice stays for me to remember to say Thanks for kindness of your God bless the senior's nurses and medical staff and family have a nice evening love and prayers 😊
It only takes one person to change. The way people see things, it may not happen immediately butcshe woll get due process , people who havebloved ones in that facility shoukd nake sure they see this clip and make sure you are treated properly for coming fourth, may you be blessed!❤
I just want to tell you that you have a heart of gold for these residents. My Dad’s housekeeper was precious, just like you. You are very special and you are blessed beyond. Thank you, thank you for being who God made you to be. ❤
My mom works in housekeeping at a large hospital and I can confirm these types of shenanigans happen there as well. The housekeeping manager won't order supplies, they were out of bleach and were told to bring their own bleach to work 🤦. They also pull that BS of giving workers 30+ rooms and telling them to just "get them done quicker" Some straight up shady shenanigans going on at these places.
Every one that works for housekeeping for a facility is special. You are not replaceable by all means she will met her match one day. I know I’m a caregiver and cleaning is our responsibility that they have clean homes and bathrooms. I cook , bathed and wash clothes and at 70 years old it can be challenging. I still do it but it’s getting harder I love people I met so many and they were like family.❤️
Firstly God bless you for having a caring heart. Keep on doing an awesome job while loving those residents. I worked as a nurse for 37 years on a memory care unit. Yes 37 years ! I loved my job too but I quickly learned upper management is there to check the books and collect a bonus. They did not work out jobs or knew how our department ran. Hang in God and those residents see how much you care.
I use to work as a housekeeper at a rest home here in North Carolina, I had a boss that was a jerk. He was the last boss I had there, cause he fired me. They hired so many people to be the boss over housekeeping. He couldn't stand me.
Emerald❤❤❤ you are not the only person whom had a crappy boss. Yes ..your young ...welcome to the world I worked in for 30yrs. At many facilities.I was accused of breaking down all of the dryers in a highend facility...she was condescending toward you. She gets off on bullying you. You need to walk away of that job. Just dont go in. Get another job.. .great Job❤❤ 🎉girl I said the same thing to a manager and told her I quit....Yes serious bags Call the State dept of health and complain to them report her. She will be walked out ...yep. She is not doing her job
I think the state probably already came to visit I’m gonna go check to see if I can look at the grade score. I know that last year they were at a D minus and they had 29 harm tags.
I think Congress person need to be address I put pressure at an office once i had trouble and i told them i was going to go to my congress person it raise some feathers in that office. I don't know if i would of but it flipped a few things around by the mention of it. But it was an different thing than this. Raise the heat be a whisle blower, what do you have to lose@@emeraldgreen7867
The little secret is they want the patients abused and die Its cult thinking is what it comes down to. Thats the dirty little secret if it was not then why is it going on all the time. I use to think they wanted the people to live yet the nursing home killed my dad with the flu shot. They want death in the nursing homes They want exactly whats going on. Its cult thinking is what it is. They will never admit it but the proof is in the pudding. Hospital s not different. The protocols kill. They get more money from insurance to take us out not keep us alive. Its cult thinking and nothing new we just never knew the truth before. Alot of things i have woken up to. Death is the name of the game not life in these facilities and hospitals.@@emeraldgreen7867
Not in the human medical field, but in the Veterinary field. I've worked with amazing Vets, Techs, Assistants etc. All it takes is a bad boss, or bad management to ruin everything. The morale goes down. We're stressed. Everyone suffers. It's bad leaders who push the caring ones OUT of these type of jobs, where we are desperately needed
The problem with the state visit is its just another day for them. Oh well is probably what that is See Congress in person if you can and have your proof and story like your ducks all in a row. You voice just might grease the wheels. Its abuse is what it is.
After i turned nurses in at a nursing home for neglect i quit. My dad was in ER every weekend. Er doctor realized he just wanted attention. Dementia. Without asking us or tellung us he had him transfered to the nursing home i left. We were still in ER. After we were told i was so mad. The next day i went to see him. He was soaked in urine. Nurse walked out saying sarcastically,He moved. She deliberately cut his face all over with a razor. Dry shaved. I cursed at her and told her to get out. I then realized he had a stroke. They ignored him. His feeding tube was infected. I called 911 for a ambulance. I yelled at the head of nursing. The nurses laughed. Now ,always make sure you know about family members before you treat a patient bad. I was a witch at that time. A real witch. Each nurse that mocked my dad and me ended up passed away. Evil eye actually works. I brought him home and he had good hospice. He lived a year and a half on a feeding tube. When i walked through that nursing home taking my father out i was as angry as the witch in Maleficent.
Move on...from that. You did the right thing call State Dept of Health and social services and instantly they will send a Professional to that facility and get write ups fines, and you will be the winner. Document and date w/ witness. Turn your manager in to state. Be ready with a new job. Consult a lawyer first. Usually first consult is free!

You would be a great housekeeping manager. Start your own business. Getting fired is a badge of honor.
You are a angel ❤ please do not loose your heart, with people like you world is safer place
She needs to be turned into the state. Thank you for caring. May God bless you❤😅

Oh my goodness. that's soooo messed up. these places get paid to have those things they should extra on hand.

I love those residents so much.
Your lovely. Those places are hell. Start your own cleaning service. You’d be great ☺️
Thank you, I will
Never enough staff and horrible management. My daughter is a nurse and I see her tears often. Sad, tough and underpaid work.
❤Hi there sweet tears of compassion working for seniors. 😊

Don’t let the elderly be abused or neglected and of course all residents 😢❤
