Beautiful Corsa tribute/clone. The build date on this Corvair must have been 1965, But all the exterior trim including tail lights as well as the seats are all 1966 features. Early 1965 Corsa's came with a 3 speed manual standard & the 4 speed was optional, & the later 65 Corsa's had the 4 speed standard because so many original buyers were opting for the optional 4 speed. The 3 speed manual on a Corsa is quite a rare find. This Corsa tribute has everything you would want on a 2nd gen. Corvair, & the paint is spectacular as well as the build.

I've followed and loved Corvairs for 60 years. This is perhaps the nicest 2nd gen Convertible I've ever seen and by far the best Corsa conversion. The period correct Cragars and MagnaFlow exhaust are perfect and the red plug wires with matching fan are just the icing on the cake! If this car wasn't 2000+ miles away, I'd likely be writing a check - GLWTS!

It has 66 tail lights, lower rear air vent, the upholstery (as you mentioned) and the front trunk lock cover looked blue. Again all 66 stuff!
