Use High Elf + Monsterous Reserves instead of Dreadscale if you are using Wind. Put intelligence to 90 and wore Fured Mantle which will give you 15% more magic dmg. Use Staff for mid range M1's.

I like the feel of hammers over staff and dreadscale is better for pvp which is my focus right now, because the game has not updated.

Also i figured out once you hit the player with the scream and tornado and use your e move it is impossible to escape and it is one shot.
