I feel him touching my arm constantly, especially when I am around certain people is like he is trying to protect me. We are in separation but we are completely in each other’s energy. I will be completely fine and having a normal day, then i’ll suddenly have this wave of anxiety or depression wash over me. I was wonder if anyone had seen/ and feel their twin flame laying next to you. It been couple times I'll be laying in bed and my twin flame presences would be laying next to me in bed sleeping. wow. i thought i was the only one, Alexia! since last year ive been feeling my twin flames energy. like i sense her Spirit around me at pretty much all times. I walked away from my twin around the beginning of December. It's been hard, but on Christmas and the next two days after I couldn't quit crying. I have experienced my (who I believe is a) twin flame's presence. I get goosebumps on legs and arms. Really hard to feel him when I know he’s married and committed to making that work. I don’t feel him the same anymore. Just once in a while I feel an emotion or he comes to mind randomly. It’s very fleeting- so it feels like he pushes it away, because it only lasts a moment of energy and then gone. I feel Into him to temp check from time to time, he’s gone mentally. 11 yrs ago when I first met my twin flame I started to have these OVERWHELMING heat spells that made me wanting to tear my clothes off no matter where I was, I was very tormented because he was also popping up into my mind 50 times per day (truth) I decided to count one day because I thought I was going crazy. I have seen my Twin flame in spirit even before I came to know him on social media. He had come to show his protection. At that time I had just entered Karmic relationship( marriage) which lasted the greater part of my life. Once I met my TF on social media I could not continue in my karmic relationship. I always get a caress on my head when I need it, sometimes on my arms too. Also there is a sensation on my leg like someone is touching my outer thigh and calve, firstly I got scared that why would something touch my leg but now I know its his leg hovering over mine while sleeping sideways.

So this morning this video was at the top of my feed on youtube. As always I love waking up with one of your videos. After my morning meditation I sit down with my coffee and listen to one of your podcasts. So this one, although three months old really resonated, as usual. I divorced my partner (definitely a karmic partner) at the end of 2018. After a certain period I decided in 2019 I would not go for less than my twin flame. Throughout my life i have always felt that there was a certain someone out there, like everyone of us. So I did a meditation for connecting with my twin flame, a very good one I might add, I which she came through very intensely. After that I started feeling different at times. For instance, when I was behind my laptop I noticed that I started twitching with my upper lip in a certain way which I never did. Only when deep in thought. I noticed the same twitch in my TF when we were together. The exact same twitch while I had never physically met her. I met her in the physical at the end of 2019 at a wedding party of a mutual friend, and the voice in my head said that I was going to meet her there. I remember being on the dance floor and I felt the need to look towards the door and she walked in and I could not take my eyes of her anymore and apparently she had the same, although she is married at the time, there is this intense connection. When we looked into each others eyes there was no lightning strike or anything but this deep feeling of WTF? why do I know you and why do I have the feeling that I can tell you anything and bare myself to you. Anyway, we parted ways and from then on she was never far. The next year we met up again while not having been in contact with one another in between. For both of us crazy things started happening. In the context of chakras for instance my heart and sacral start glowing intensely just prior to receiving a message but also just when she is thinking about me. Be that as it may my ego started rejecting the whole idea, out of fear out of not allowing, or she's married and what not. I did, however, ask the universe to confirm, which it did, multiple times. I have never, ever felt such intense and powerful physical attraction and I am not talking in the hormonal sense but literally being pulled. So this was when we were walking along the beach and I kept my distance but suddenly felt a push on my left shoulder which made me bump into her. Looking to my left there was nobody there. Then just after that we were sitting on a slab of concrete at the shore and I still kept my distance but then I felt this intense magnetic pull, like physically. I feel that if i had not resisted that pull I would have slid across the slab and into her. So now being in seperation again it seems that the bond has grown stronger. It is as if we feel each others bodies. Sometimes, and this is rather funny, I can feel her breast because my shirt feels very tight all of a sudden but also lying in bed we feel eachother lying against eachother. Sometimes I feel her cold upper arm against my cheek, stuff like that. Now as a lightworker, I am sure you all feel the same way, it is most of the times that you feel and sense the emotions/feelings of other people, but this connection is totally different as if it is more inside you. Like the difference between the wind blowing against your cheek or blowing inside of you. That kind of difference. The crazy thing, though, is that I also feel a deep love for her children, son and daughter, as if they are my own. Reflecting upon my life and remembering moments of sadness and intense feelings, I now see her presence and also the other way around.Each day is amazing, though sometimes hard and intense. We communicate each day through texting and cannot do without. Also, when we are together physically it seems that everything falls away and we are left with nothing but a feeling of utter Zen. Which was a new feeling for both of us...without any kind of drugs or something but just by being with eachother. No need to talk, though we converse intensely at times. Sometime I feel the physical energy around and also palpitation in the heart and vibration sensation in the solar plexus, but the most common is, the feather like touch, it is incredibly intense most of the days and some days it’s more noticeable and I don’t understand why some days it’s more noticeable than some other ones days…. When I was very young, he used to come and sleep next to me. I didn’t know who he was but he will enter the room and he will have country boy boots, and will not bother me just lay down next to me. I felt my twin before I met him
We are in separation but we are completely in each other’s energy. I will be completely fine and having a normal day, then i’ll suddenly have this wave of anxiety or depression wash over me. It’s so intense and I’ll ask myself “why am I feeling this? what is happening right now that is making me feel this emotion?” and i can’t figure it out. and then i’ll pause and ask myself “is that my emotion, or his?” and i’ll sit with it. i’ll find that it’s his energy. i sit with it for a little bit and then it passes and i’ll go right back to how I was feeling right before- normal. content. Sometimes it will wake me out of a sleep. i’ll go to bed and be in a comfortable, deep sleep. then suddenly my eyes will snap open and i’ll be wide awake, and i’ll start having this anxious energy and i cannot go back to sleep. i’ll feel wired and scared. i know when they’re my emotions because there’s always a reasons for them, but when i cannot understand the reason, i know it’s him. it’s unreal. i take the time to ground myself and try to comfort him

wow. i thought i was the only one, Alexia! since last year ive been feeling my twin flames energy. like i sense her Spirit around me at pretty much all times. I walked away from my twin around the beginning of December. It's been hard, but on Christmas and the next two days after I couldn't quit crying. I have experienced my (who I believe is a) twin flame's presence. I get goosebumps on legs and arms. Sometimes I feel brush on my arm, but this only happened when she was nearby and still around in the States. At 4AM and later is when the anxiety comes through. I have an anxiety disorder and hers is more complex. And she is in need of mental unification. I pray for her healing often. She, herself, asked me to say hail Mary's for her and I do.
In the first month she was out of the States I experienced sexual energy, her presence laying beside me, and a sandalwood like perfume scent. The experience oscillated between a joyful in love sensation, sexual energy, anxiety, and paralyzing fear.
I don't know how much she knows or is aware of. I have only spoken with her five times in person. Because there is an age difference, I didn't ask her for her contact information before she left. I didn't want to be perceived as a creep. But if she wants to get to know me, I provided her with the means to do so.
Today, I saw repeat numbers all day. which makes me wonder if she hasn't returned to the residence she was living at in July 2022.

Really hard to feel him when I know he’s married and committed to making that work. I don’t feel him the same anymore. Just once in a while I feel an emotion or he comes to mind randomly. So this morning this video was at the top of my feed on youtube. As always I love waking up with one of your videos. After my morning meditation I sit down with my coffee and listen to one of your podcasts. So this one, although three months old really resonated, as usual.
I divorced my partner (definitely a karmic partner) at the end of 2018. After a certain period I decided in 2019 I would not go for less than my twin flame. Throughout my life i have always felt that there was a certain someone out there, like everyone of us. So I did a meditation for connecting with my twin flame, a very good one I might add, I which she came through very intensely. After that I started feeling different at times. For instance, when I was behind my laptop I noticed that I started twitching with my upper lip in a certain way which I never did. Only when deep in thought. I noticed the same twitch in my TF when we were together. The exact same twitch while I had never physically met her. I met her in the physical at the end of 2019 at a wedding party of a mutual friend, and the voice in my head said that I was going to meet her there. I remember being on the dance floor and I felt the need to look towards the door and she walked in and I could not take my eyes of her anymore and apparently she had the same, although she is married at the time, there is this intense connection. When we looked into each others eyes there was no lightning strike or anything but this deep feeling of WTF? why do I know you and why do I have the feeling that I can tell you anything and bare myself to you. Anyway, we parted ways and from then on she was never far. The next year we met up again while not having been in contact with one another in between. For both of us crazy things started happening. In the context of chakras for instance my heart and sacral start glowing intensely just prior to receiving a message but also just when she is thinking about me. Be that as it may my ego started rejecting the whole idea, out of fear out of not allowing, or she's married and what not. I did, however, ask the universe to confirm, which it did, multiple times. I have never, ever felt such intense and powerful physical attraction and I am not talking in the hormonal sense but literally being pulled. So this was when we were walking along the beach and I kept my distance but suddenly felt a push on my left shoulder which made me bump into her. Looking to my left there was nobody there. Then just after that we were sitting on a slab of concrete at the shore and I still kept my distance but then I felt this intense magnetic pull, like physically. I feel that if i had not resisted that pull I would have slid across the slab and into her. So now being in seperation again it seems that the bond has grown stronger. It is as if we feel each others bodies. Sometimes, and this is rather funny, I can feel her breast because my shirt feels very tight all of a sudden but also lying in bed we feel eachother lying against eachother. Sometimes I feel her cold upper arm against my cheek, stuff like that. Now as a lightworker, I am sure you all feel the same way, it is most of the times that you feel and sense the emotions/feelings of other people, but this connection is totally different as if it is more inside you. Like the difference between the wind blowing against your cheek or blowing inside of you. That kind of difference. The crazy thing, though, is that I also feel a deep love for her children, son and daughter, as if they are my own. Reflecting upon my life and remembering moments of sadness and intense feelings, I now see her presence and also the other way around.Each day is amazing, though sometimes hard and intense. We communicate each day through texting and cannot do without. Also, when we are together physically it seems that everything falls away and we are left with nothing but a feeling of utter Zen. Which was a new feeling for both of us...without any kind of drugs or something but just by being with eachother. No need to talk, though we converse intensely at times.
