Super underrated channel. I haven't bought Dredge yet because either was waiting to see how a build with MYC performed, it looks like his best perk imo

I really like that you always communicate your thoughts, try to figure out the reasoning behind survivor actions, acknowledge good fakes etc. Keep it up, you're doing a very good job :3
Aw thank you, I'm glad it doesn't just sound like me rambling 🤣 I feel like a big part of dbd is thinking about the optimal (or most likely to occur) moves for the other side and then trying to take advantage of that. Also on your other point, I find it helps me personally to acknowledge good plays of Survivors ("wow good fake") rather than to get frustrated at myself ("I can't believe I fell for that"). It's something I've been working on, but I think it helps me stay more calm and makes the game more enjoyable. Thank you, you're too sweet ❤

So for the viewer it is essential that someone is telling them wtf is going on^^ Years ago I played League of Legends and there was this pro player named Scarra, who in some interview said something along the lines of "I was a decent player, but to advance to a pro player, I had to stop getting salty, had to stop looking for excuses, and had to start reflecting on what actually was happening. Was that really a good play by me? Was what the opponent did really just lucky? Once I started becoming more objective about those actions, I started becoming a good player." Well, I added some stuff here and there, but that's pretty much what he meant^^ I really liked that approach, so whenever I get outplayed this comes to mind :D Also, you deserve a lot of praise for making really good videos, so I'm happy to call you out on this :P
@@moenchone I really like that! Having an objective view about how each play turns out. Of course there's often a component of luck in games (DBD especially), but a lot of the time you just get plain outplayed. And there are so many interactions in DBD, you are bound to make so many micro-mistakes in a single match, so it's not worth stressing over missed hit or whatever else it is (but easier said than done of course). That was a VERY nice comeback on game 1. Its crazy because I've been running a build very similar to this. I use make your choice, scourge hook pain resonance, corrupt and dead man's switch. Its such a good build for this killer! It should be illegal 😂 haha but yeah im freaking loving this killer! But amazing video as always Chara! You never disappoint!!! 😎🙌🏼

I'm jealous, you got good perks on your Dredge! I think a full expose build would be insane on him. Make Your Choice, Dragon's Grip, Haunted Ground, Devour Hope maybe. Good games!
Yeah, I got lucky with some of these! I can't wait until the prestige rework comes out so it'll be so much easier to get good perks on new killers. I wanted to do that exact build on Sadako! I never got around to it, but it would so good on Dredge too.
@@MaxBakerTV Yeah I kinda agree! It does seem weird they released them back-to-back since they are so similar. I still feel like Sadako's condemnation is a cool concept, but yeah, the insane mobility of Dredge is exactly what I was hoping Sadako' would be.
i use to play freddy alot not really anymore with all the new killers and buffs to some other killers i don't really see much of a purpose but i used make your choice with freddy all the time which was really nice to teleport back at that location for a one hit down. i can see this being even better with dredge since he can teleport fast and you don't know he is coming until you hear the locker sound.
Yeah, it's kind of shame. Freddy had some interesting capabilities, but with Sadako and especially Dredge, there's not too much reason to play Freddy. Yeah, I agree! I think Dredge is by far the best killer for using Make Your Choice. There's basically no counter from the Survivors. They have locks for lockers, but even with that, it's a brutal perk on him.
Haha embracing the evil side I guess. Are you liking playing against him? I know I've heard a lot of mixed opinions from the Survivor POV. I personally find him really fun to verse so far, but maybe that will wear off 😅
@@charamalie I’m usually very boosted when a new killer is released lol I can see the mixed feelings. I never buy new killers so unsure how it is to play as him, but going against has been funny. I don’t know how to play during his night fall thing mode 😂

I usually just try to put myself at like a good loop before it happens, but if I have to make a run for it, I'm done for 🤣 Also that one add-on that makes Nightfall happen at the beginning of the trial- I hate that so much. No idea where I even am. Thanks, I was just curious!
@@charamalie I wish there was an interaction that would end nightfall faster, like how doing the box would end chain hunt for pinhead… It’s cool but I since I don’t play with filters, it is really dark so I usually end up looping at the edges of the map 😂
@@LordMemesYT Especially if you get an Autohaven map, that would be dark as hell. Hmm yeah Nightfall does seem a little long for something that can't be combated by the Survivors. Edit: Apparently you can destroy the Remnant to shorten the time of Nightfall, but I feel like that's hard to do.
He made a great builder but personally I think you need to work on using your remnant better there is multiple chases you could’ve ended way faster but good vid

He made a great builder but personally I think you need to work on using your remnant better there is multiple chases you could’ve ended way faster but good vid
Quick tip: don't aim so high when chasing. Look to their feet as it makes them harder to FOV tech you.

Yep, that's true! I think it's also particularly good on Dredge- the idea was to teleport around a lot, and the perks all have synergy with that.
