Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate
9 cookies
Honey
Coconut flakes
For the banana filling:
2 bananas
60g sugar
15g starch
for the chocolate filling:
220g sugar
50g water
10 g gelatin + 50 ml cold water
10 g cocoa powder + 10 ml hot water.

Very nice. If I was making them though, I’d sink the biscuit a little deeper and seal the bottom with more chocolate. (just my opinion of course)

There isn't supposed to be starch in the thing but you put sugar and corn starch I would never eat these as a type 1 Diabetic

Lo faccio ma con fondente e la banana frullata con il cacao amaro e le mandorle trittate ottimo e molto più salutare qui c'è zucchero a manetta amido che è già zucchero di riserva ma sempre zuccheri sono le banana sono dolci non capisco questo abbondare di zuccheri ..😮

Con il rischio di diabete continuare ad aggiungere zucchero alla frutta che ha il suo e poi l amido e lo sciroppo 250 grammi di zucchero e poi il.cocco ??? Ma che scherziamo anche x i bambini x fare un dolce non c'era bisogno di aggiungere zucchero in questa maniera 😮😮😮

Bonjour Madame, je me permets de rappeler deux principes fondamentaux en matière de chocolat.
1) ne jamais chauffer le chocolat directement sur le feu.
2) ne jamais faire cailler ni conserver des chocolats dans le frigo, en effet le chocolat aime le froid mais a horreur de l'humidité qui se trouve dans les frigos domestiques. Les professionnels utilisent des frigos mais spéciaux à froid SEC. A la maison, préférez faire cailler vos chocolats dans un endroit frais et à l'ombre, jamais au frigo.
