Okay, my situation is very similar to Stitch's; this is NOT a round for Vilardo.
The day I finished recording my round and I was about to send the material to David, Artist 🇨🇱 got excluded from BBU. I didn’t had the motivation, time or energy to create a new song from scratch, especially with work and school.
This process was very hard emotionally and took A LOT of work from a lot of people to just throw it away and start over.
I agreed with Chezame that for this battle, there won't be a battle point. I hope you can all understand.
What inspired me to make this song was the case of Artist 🇨🇱, the Netflix documentary “The Keepers,” and many similar cases from people close to my inner circle. Like the case of a friend whose cousin got married to a famous writer and tv host that now is hiding from the law because he has an Arrest Warrant for 8 cases of r@pe/harassment and 52 more allegations that are not formally in court.
Victims are constantly stepped on and I wanted to make them feel that they are not alone.
This piece tries to showcase the duel that victims go through to hopefully finish in empowerment and inner peace.

It's not that we don't notice, we are simply apathetic to it. Most people don't have the time or empathy to truly make change or inconvenience themselves for anyone that they don't interact with. People know that their clothing is produced in sweatshops in 3rd world countries, they still wear it. The reality is that all people are to some extent, willfully oblivious to the suffering of others.

I mean come on, that was literally an eulogy towards tomaz in form of a track. The visuals were crazy and genuinely made me feel pretty unsettled, which is what the creators probably tried to achieve, and I've loved the drops. This was sooooo good, my god!

This would have been the most brave, powerful and personal front of any battle ever if Tomas wasn’t kicked
But just as a message point, from where we are in the beatbox community right now, this is so powerful, and important. It really shows growth and support for those who need it, and I think for that alone he should win, + everything else, audio, video, concept, structure etc
I didn’t like him from his wildcards, but now he’s done this, I have full respect
I love that people are finally starting to put emotion and musicality into beatbox, and take it as an art form equal to any other music, because for the longest time, it has been a case of technicality, and impressive sounds, not emotion, feeling and passion

Some of the recent BBU battles haven't been that hype for me, but this one just revived it.

Im waiting for evidence and he definetly is in the wrong because IF hes innocent his whole dream career is gone, his dreams are gone and his reputation is gone.

My wife works for a Center of Rape and Domestic Violence so it's great seeing other talk about the very real problems that poor men and women suffer from daily. Man.. I was kinda rooting for Vilardo being such an underdog but Jordox comes in with a shut out performance. Such a brave topic I would've loved to have seen Tomaz's reaction to this if they'd actually battled..
