Yes, definitely keep doing the walkthroughs. We really enjoy them and the monthly updates on new stuff in the Smokies.
These updates help us prepare to visit, and when we can’t get up that way, it keeps us in the loop. The stroll through the park makes us feel like we’re there, especially when you’re wearing my cap. Haha!

We just got back from Dollywood today. The crowds were worse than we’ve ever seen them. We were lucky to have gotten to ride the rides that we did. My daughter really enjoyed staying at Inn at Christmas Place and so did I. It was magical and really made our trip. we are already planning our daughter’s birthday trip in July 😅 I have to admit we were quite disappointed with the crowds at Dollywood. We just weren’t expecting it to be over-run like that.
Dollywood is such an amazing place! We can’t wait to go back and see the new exhibits.
We look forward to showing off the new Dolly Parton Experience later next month!

We are driving to the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area in the coming weeks. Love your content. You provide so much information, which is great, but it's a bit hard to narrow down what to do for someone that's their first trip to the area. Have you ever considered doing a 3 day, 5 day and 7 day outline of of what to make sure to do on your trip? I looked over your channel and didn't see anything quite structured like that, sorry if I missed it in my search. Thanks for the detailed content as it's extremely helpful.

We enjoy all of your videos. We are coming the first week in May. Hope you're right about the crowds. We always go to Dollywood at least 3 times. Met ya'll last October in front of Blazing Fury.
It was definitely crowded this week when I was there with my son. Whew!! Lots of Georgia people came during their spring break. I was there Monday and Tuesday. It was packed and many rides were at 70 minute wait times. I hope it’s not like this all of the time.

It was extremely crowded Monday. Extremely long lines for food and rides.
I think the weather helped keep crowds lower yesterday (and today).
We visited the day after this was posted and it was a totally different story! Pretty busy! But we had so much fun. Thanks for these videos! They helped us a lot when planning our vacation to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Can’t wait to visit again!

I appreciate the walkthrough. I hope Dollywood will start adding more inclusive rides in the future. It is hard to ride a lot of rides as a bigger person. I would love to see you guys review the memory maker photo pass and show all of the photo places included in the pass.

Whoa! We were there on Monday, 3/25 and it was SO crowded!! Shoulder to shoulder and took forever to walk ANYWHERE!!
Bad weather in the forecast can really scare people away

WOW, looks like my kind of day at Dollywood! I like it on the cool side, I call it sweatshirt weather, & a moderate crowd size to better enjoy the experience. We like May for Spring trips, weekdays as you said have been very good☺️. Perhaps Miss Lillian is not there all the time?? She is doing her RUclips thing on Sundays I know & she does that from somewhere in the park I believe. Her last one was with a little girl in the park somewhere I believe!
We just keep missing each other, hopefully she will be able to jump in our next Dollywood video! It was a little chilly, but thankfully not freezing...otherwise this video very well might not have been made! 🥶😁

@@AdventureIsOutThere You're welcome Ryan! We were looking at NC, SC, and also TN and your videos were some of the ones that decided us to move to East Tennessee. Glad we did. Of course being from Southern California (Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal, Sea World) we really wanted to be within easy driving distance of a theme park, but we didn't want to move to Florida. I just like the friendly vibe in theme parks. My MC channel is all about customization so Micah should have fun.

Miss Lillian is there. She comes out around 1:30 or 2pm
I have seen her from a distance, but ended up talking with someone and she got away. I'll hopefully catch her next time we are back!

The park always looks inviting. Do they have choir singers at the chapel year round or only during the holidays?
They have choir singers on Sunday service as well.
We are going to Gatlinburg, etc next month. I’ve heard horror stories about parking in Gatlinburg and also been watching the RUclips channel with the towing company there. Is parking as bad as I’m hearing? You have to pay wherever you park? Any tips or tricks we should know before going?
