Craftsman Riding Mower DYT4000 Fuel Leak Repair + North Idaho Snow Removal

We finally got our first snow and I was unprepared! When I went to connect the snow blower attachment I found the Lawn Tractor Leaking Fuel!

Fuel Tank Nipple Part #: 139277 Lawn & Garden Equipment Engine Fuel Tank Stem
Fuel Line was 1/4" Inner Diameter Fuel Hose from my Local ACE Hardware (about 4 feet was used, I recommend buying it a little longer just in case)

It’s so easy to pull the fender and replace it with Napa fuel hose 😊

wrong way to fix this. Remove the rear fender (4 bolts 9/16) then the seat bracket (2 bolts). then you will have complete access to to remove and work on the tank

Ha! I'm so opposed to taking off plastics on 4 wheelers I assumed it would be just as difficult! Thanks!
