I am a common man. By demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes, i am at pain in terms of rush at banks for exchange / withdrawal. However i welcome the effort by PM in weeding out the black money from the system and will to go through the pain.

There's just too much screaming going on, its really hard to concentrate on the content.
I hope Indian people will stick together throughout the whole process for the prosperous future of India. The naive shouldn't let themselves misused by Black money holders.The govt should make an efforts to educate people, those who don't have access to media or social media platform, also govt should make an arrangement to ink them, who's comes for money updating banking transaction. They can also have army help to deliver money with ease and prevent any violence or the chaos which could be created by opposition or black money holders.

You are confusing black money with theft, bribery etcetera. Black money is what you earned but kept without paying taxes, so allowing a percentage is a fair offer, and it helps release a fair share into public domain. Government isn't making it easy now, but easier if self disclosed, worse if caught. The later one reports the worse it is. About money gotten by theft or bribery and so on, no such offers exist.

With due and full sympathy with the troubles being faced by general public for the time being, the sudden action of demonetization of old 500 and 1000 notes has helped our country :
1. The first main aim was to break the backbone of militant funding in Kashmir valley, no other way was left. Schools had been burnt to get more children for stone pelting and attacks on security forces. The effect of demonetization is now visible there, schools opened, exams held and their educational-year saved.Thus a very big anticipated social damage has been averted.
2. The80% high denomination currency had been out of banking system mostly as black money. The 1000 rupee forms the major portion of it. (Only 5% is white. The rest 15 % is in 100/50/20/10 rupee notes.) Now even after all Jugads , 50% of that black money notes will become only paper , and rest will come in banks now, for replacement after going through gold deals, benami-properties, and hiring poor people for money exchange.
3. The rupee 2000 note will be easier for exchange. Holding 2000 notes as black money may appear easier but actually not so early. The fear of demonetization will loom over long.
4. The corrupt officers keep black money in currency form only in a limited manageable amount. Most of that money may exit as invested in real estate or gold.
5. Only political parties keep that, most of that in cash, for use in elections which are nearby. Hence the biggest way hit are, these top political leaders. SP may be able to manage somewhat due to strong-arm-men force.
BSP has fewer men of faith in the party, in this matter.
Top leaders of congress are involved in big financial-scams and the party is disorganized to handle the demonetized-cash , as only individual efforts will not be helpful.
AAP 30-40 MLAs are going to face EC notice and suspected to have acquired in short period sizeable amount of unaccounted cash.
The TMC will not get anything back from its cadre if those are deployed for currency-exchange.
BJP is better organized of all the other parties to deal with the situation.
6. The other measures against benami-real-estate transactions ,gold-deals and large money deposits, are soon going to be taken as announced by the PM of the country.
All opposition CONG, SP, AAP, TMC, CPI, CPM & Regional parties are joining their hands not for our people's inconvenience, welfare or development. Now they were joining for their own political problem against modiji's government.
Please government and RBI should give special attention watch and take bold action against the private schools, colleges who were misusing and compelling their staffs and students to exchange black money, private companies who were compelling their staffs to convert their black money, and also the bank staffs and others who were try to exchange the black money for commission.
We people should not help the black money holders and corrupted culprits, who ever it may be. support NAMO. jai hind.

Why does this Arnab tamper with the voice control of the panelists. His own voice can be heard loud and clear but the panelists whose opinion does not match with his own can't be heard. He lowers their voice frequently. Is this a fair journalism? This practice is as black as the black money. Even if a panelist is speaking nonsense as per Arnab, they should be allowed to put across their opinion. The people of the nation is smart enough to judge on its own.

All of a sudden this coup gave the Pak ISI the option of printing fake Indian currency en masse. This gave Pak the option of pumping in hawala money to support terror ops on a massive scale and destabilise J&K. It also began to *buy sections of our student community and media* and began to *fund political parties* to influence Indian elections. It *set up five presses for printing fake currency notes*. These were then smuggled into India via Nepal (via the PIA flights), Bangladesh (into India mostly via Malda), Rajasthan border, Punjab border and via Chennai and Mangalore (via Indian expats from the Gulf). There are reports that our Indian intelligence agencies recently uncovered a plan by the ISI to execute an economic Pearl Harbour. India has some 16,000 trillion currency notes of 500 and 1,000 in circulation (86% OF OUR MONEY SUPPLY). As per this source, Pak was printing 15,000 trillion such notes and was about to push them into India to unhinge its economy and generate runaway inflation and price rise, but above all to give a big push to terror activities in J&K and the rest of India. Frankly, this was an act of war. Our response instead of being offensive (in military terms) had perforce to be defensive and PRE-EMPTIVE. That is what precisely has been done. The people crying loudest are those hit hardest by the sudden strike on their black and fake money hordes, mostly from abroad. The terrorists in J&K have been hard hit. All stone-pelting is at an end. The Maoists are reeling-all their extortion money is now a heap of junk. Dawood's hawala racket is busted. Many of the people now in lines were out-of-job labour from the house construction agencies drafted to deposit black money tranches and desperately try and convert them to white. May be you should've the common sense of why the RBI introduced Rs.2000 note Mr. respected stupid Gaurav. 2000 note was issued to make sure the easy way to exchange the large amount of notes that were exchanged. If they don't do it and issued smaller denomination there would have been more inconvenience for kind information.

Black money is what you earned but kept without paying taxes, so allowing a percentage is a fair offer, and it helps release a fair share into public domain. Government isn't making it easy now, but easier if self disclosed, worse if caught. The later one reports the worse it is. About money gotten by theft or bribery and so on, no such offers exist.

This one is a huge sharp hit at existing stashes of black money in currency, and fake currency stashes too. Generating them again obviously won't be so immediately so much, and it can be dealt with, too, given political leadership with decisive will.
