Man, after so long time, I still feel bad for Lipia. She's just a side character, but she was so beautiful, both in outlook and heart inside. Her voice was pretty as well.

Gabriel miller truly is the most heartless character in the entire Sao probably even more terrifying than any other antagonist/villain in the series, though I prefer quinella more
IDK it feels like he's another one of these cliche villains in this series that does creepy things to women even though he's appears more threatening Quinella at least had more depth to her other than being a power hungry psychopath

During the Global Financial Crisis of 2008 Alicia’s family went into debt and she had to move. Gabriel thought he could preserve the brilliance of Alicia’s soul by killing her before she had to move away and possibly become depressed later.
It gets crazier, it gets sadder, it gets scarier, it gets intense, be ready for emotions and hype. You will most likely tear up in this season or part 2. For sure, 100%.
What messes with my mind is how the time flows faster in the Underworld compared to the human world but somehow they can have a talk over the computer normally?!?

Shasta couldn't kill him, because Gabriel felt no fear of losing his life. Shasta's incarnation could kill anybody if that person clings to life. Normally everyone is afraid of dying(consciously or subconsciously), so that power was pretty strong. :/
So it's not that he has powers in the real world, he is just so sick in the head that when he killed that girl as a kid he had a hallucination (which he says he has never seen again despite killing more people). However, if you recall, in the underworld the force of your will has tangible effects, so because he is so psycho about stealing souls he wills it to be true.

Well at first he wasn't going to kill Alicia but after sometime her family decided to move to other place as he had feelings for her (at least a bit) he didn't want any other male to have her he thought they would corrupt her pure soul so he decided to do what he did so no one will have her soul other than himself. ( I know it's pretty messed up he could have tried other meaning )

The only difference is that dreams and ambition can manifest so he can see the souls d fluctlight of people he went completely obsessive, not go mention the fact that vector can manipulate souls and eat them

If you wanna watch another VRMMO anime then I highly recommend BOFURI. It's like SAO with VR but where SAO is more story, Bofuri is just about some friends playing a VRMMO being smart about how to earn skills.
The thing is that he had "recovered" the memories of the real king in this world, the memories of he when was kid are all from Underworld, not the real memories, kirito enter with 0 "progress", and its what he has own memories, but Vecta took a previous account with old memories.
Just to be clear, the Soul Translator reads and blocks memories. A person can’t get someone else’s memories by using the same machine. It’s not like the machine saves people’s memories. If that were the case then Kirito would’ve had someone else’s memories because when Project Alicization started there were 4 Rath staff members who used Soul Translators. When Kirito first entered Underworld all of his memories from the real world were blocked then he lived life from birth up till Alice was taken then the memories he got from growing up in the Underworld were blocked. The accounts they use when entering Underworld only give people their stats and classes.
