Love this video. Do you glue the burlap on cardboard first or do you just start cutting the burlap. Is this burlap stiff or flimsy. Have a bunch of napkins from decoupage ing I have done in the past. Would work great for me hope to hear from you. Thank you

Actually, it's a craft paper that already came with that burlap texture. So it's not complete burlap. My mistake. You can find these types of papers at all crafts retail stores such as JoAn, Michaels, and Hobby Lobby.
