Grew up with a ketu in 12th parent. Was critical and abusive toward me pursuing Astrology as a focus in my life. His Rahu in 6th made him an extreme workaholic. When he didn’t work he was making more tasks to complete, even though many were nonsensical.
I think there is some truth to the culture mattering too. In America we don’t regularly openly talk about spirituality, only judging each other on what we do for work. So Rahu in 6 here can go out of control workaholic easier.
