Those were words of encouragement, admiration, approval. In flamenco music, the singer is the one who dictates the melody, the guitar player is there only to support the singer, he knows the basis of what he is going to play but he adapts it to the emotion and intensity of the singer (each interpretation is different), that's why he looks at her all the time. Flamenco is pure passion, and Buika is amazing, thank you for reacting to this!
The word in Spanish, especially in Flamenco music, is JALEAR: to encourage, to cheer on. I suppose yo know it, but most of non Spanish speakers and not used to Flamenco will not. 💃 😉
Never thought you would react to Buika, shes's an awesome Spanish singer. You should react more often to Spanish and Latin music
Muy buena cantante y compositora mi querido amigo 😊
Goosebumps = piel de gallina. Concha Buika is an angel who sings to your heart and your soul, she mixes her African roots with Spanish flamenco and the result is amazing. Grettings from Spain

In the gloom of this divine and dark night
Over the tundra that populates my soul always awake
A lament is heard as a prelude to the dead hours
Hours that pass with the agony of a slow death
Silence returns to dress me in gold my saint
The memory of my grandmothers returns to sweeten my wait
The albums that taught me to love music are back
My father came back after 20 years, oh if you came back
If you came back, my saint would dress you in gold
I would keep things quiet so you could hear my singing, desperate
If you came back, my saint I would dress you in gold
Let everything be quiet so you can hear my song, desperate
In the gloom of this night of bright sweet dark light
You can hear the voice of my memory just walking slowly
You hear the memory of someone who would like to die trying
Oh how I wish, oh how I wish I loved you less
Oh, how I would like to love you less and darker, I would like to love you slowly.
No more hardships when it comes to loving you, no more torment
And if all my crazy dreams came true
I would stop dreaming of you so much and adore you slowly
If you came back, my saint would dress you in gold
I would keep things quiet so you could hear my singing, desperate
If you came back, my song would dress you in gold
I would keep things quiet so you could hear me so much, despairing
I’m glad that you reacted to her song. In addition to being an exceptional singer, she is a very wise and inspirational soul. When you hear speak you don’t know what is best her singing or her view about life and one’s existence. She is amazing.
Awesome!!!!... I think she's singing to a lost loved one... like she knows he can't come back. I knew u would like it regardless of the language, she sings flamenco and jazz too...an amazing singer for sure.... now u just need to react to Camaron de la Isla ....😅😅
The fact that my musician friend put me on to all things buika over 12 years ago ❤❤❤❤ and Javier limon did that!!!
Wow I am pleasantly surprised, I never thought you would react to Buika. She is really wonderful she has such a unique voice, and the guitarist Javier Limon is a great Maestro too, the perfect match. Since you have delved a little bit into Spanish music maybe you would like to see Diana Navarro, or Monica Naranjo, two incredible voices that it is unfair that the world doesn't know them.
Amo esta canción de letra tan profunda y poética. Es para mí la descripción de un amor Platónico. Tremenda interpretación por parte de ambos. Thanks so much for it
please keep reacting music from Spain.... it is really special.
Bellisima Buika y su voz unica, rota, con pasion, con garra,y el guitarrista, hermosas manos.
WOW! What a singer! What a voice!
Maravillosa Buika
So glad that you did this one. Buika is just such an amazing singer. Would be so awesome if you did more songs by her.
She’s Amazing.. I love her.
Definitely a emotional performance and it’s just her singing and the guy playing the acoustic guitar which makes it more passionate, thanks for taking me on this journey
Grande buika 💃♥️
He was saying olé its similar to bravo. Oro santo: She says i will dress you in golf mu saint if you return to me.
I would like you to react to a Spanish singer her name is Diana Navarro. She is a very versatile singer who sings different styles of music with a very particular voice and incredible melismas. She always transmits when she sings. The song would be "El perdón" greetings
Definitely a 2 pack of cigarettes a day vocal.......amazing pipes.
I love your analogy,I agree completely
Increíble, precioso !
Masterpiece ❤
Awesome
beautiful Flamenco (Fandango)
“Oro santo” means “holy gold.”
Listen "mi niña lola" too
Today must be memories of lost loves day, no?! 💔
