You mention in the video that it may take a while . However, it takes a couple of hours now and I can't see any changes . It looks that the transaction frezeed. Would you please advise?

U can't decrypt file because you dont have permisions for private key, so you need private key to decrypt or encrypt data. (It means that the file could be decrypt by own user. You can see it in File > Right Click > Properties > General > Advanced > Details )

Did you found a fix? Mine was transferred from old nvme to new hdd and reformatted the old nvme without back up now I cant open the files

U can't decrypt file because you dont have permisions for private key, so you need private key to decrypt or encrypt data. (It means that the file could be decrypt by own user. You can see it in File > Right Click > Properties > General > Advanced > Details )
