A slightly different presentation and I could totally see this random bull being served at an upscale bistro, so I can understand the 9/10.

The idea of lemon (or key lime in this case) curd going with savoury stuff is really interesting and something I'll consider in the future. :o

I know we're all used to strange flavor combinations on RFS, but I had to pause the video to digest that you were telling me a *waffle and sourdough-key lime-sage-BBQ chicken-kiwi-garden flower* sandwich melded together "exceptionally well." I just... I can't believe you. I'm sorry. XD
I don’t know what to tell you man lol- I outlined my reasoning throughout the video and I stand by it.
Sometimes, when you step outside the familiar, you're greeted with something surprisingly pleasant.
There's a cheese online I've been eyeing with flowers on it - looks pretty, but I wasn't sure it'd taste any different. Now I'm inspired to just throw some edible flowers on anything.

It would probably be disingenuous to the point of the chaotic rolls, but if I were trying to go for max eatability I probably would have sliced the sourdough in half to use for the outer bread, and used the waffle in the middle of the sandwich, like the weird little middle bun that's sometimes in double stacked burgers, or like the tostada in a crunchwrap.
