anything above 35 endurance unfortunately is bugged or not working. I dont even think 30 and 35 is a differance tbh but i seen a few videos of it being tested and its abosolutely the same regeneration rate from 30 up to 50 i think was the numbers. sorry to ramble I jsut heard your freinds talking about it in the beggining of the video.
I haven't had the chance to test it myself, but I do know that I always feel like it doesn't come back as fast as I need it to if I don't run at least 35! Though since the Maria update, Ana's Endurance has felt...Real funky
