When should the RACI be delivered? Should it be a standalone spreasheet? Or included in a statement of work? or any other document? Just trying to understand where to put it to give it to the client
RACI should be delivered and explained while performing ORT (Operation Readiness Test) When you are creating a process for all concerned stakeholders, it needs to be explained which should be followed by taking their sign. To ensure all stakeholders are aligned to one process this Model can do miracles to held concerned stakeholders Responsible, Accountable, consulted and Informed.

@@tubethis777 I would make RACI as a part of project charter. As we know project charter also contains list of major participants ( so their role and responsibilities can be elaborated and framed under RACI under same document) Hope this answers your query 😊
