I get more volume with flat twists in the front of my head but in the back I get more volume with two strand twists.
Thank you for an excellent video. Experiences show that the twist out is a method that I can live with and get a style that I am happy with. You showed the very techniques that I can use to improve my results. Frequent and long shampoos are not for me and Arthritis in my hands limits the # of twists that I can do. Do you happen to have a or would you consider a FB group? I'd love to share with other ladies that are following you.

Yes. I apply the Castro oil after the curl cream to seal in the moisture. (I use it as a sealant) I don’t mind at all lol my 4c is mainly in the middle (crown) of my head 😉

Would this work for guys? I’m trying to grow curls but all products I try my hair looks dry and nappy by mid day. Which is not good where I work. What should I use?
