theres a few other phones that support it but honestly I am not sure which ones it is. Perhaps search the brand of your phone and "desktop mode" and it should know some sort of directions if your phone has it.

If the phone supports it, it will be a built in app. It works on samsung and a few other brands but I am not sure of the others.
