Im playing on a Fret King Black Label Eclat through a Blackstar Ht stage 60. The mic I used to record was a guitar was a shure sm 57 and I used an mxl 770 condenser microphone for vocals :-)

When did you start learning guitar? No doubt about it you are a pro. Chasing the Sun is a terrific fit for your talents. If you stay professional, leave drugs alone, select good friends, appreciate what you have and love your fans you will be the greatest guitarist of all times. You have the talent now and a very bright future.

Hi Kf , (mapex)Dad here I worry for him sometimes about what people will think of his varying styles of music lately( im mostley rock too) but, it always seems to go down ok and I actually think he's not blinkerd as I was which seems to be good for him and he's enjoying himself.When he was a lot younger we went to a steam engine rally and there were 100's of engines just running all day . You could see him nodding to the thumps of the engines , he's a slave to the beat Cheers Chris .
Not a song I knew, but the slightly husky, tone from a young voice was super-great to come across. Vocal tone perfect match for the guitar - and blended together beautifully. PLUS you made complexities of the guitar track look veritably EASY !!! A delightfully accomplished piece.

I love the way you play, ive been looking at many people play, everyone can fly through notes, and scales, but its how precise and how perfect your timing is, its how clean it is, its how perfect it is. thats what matters, and your playing is amazing, i would much rather choose a clean solo over dirty. plus you sing, write arrangements, your original songs are good, amazing talent. Im soon starting on building guitars, if i were to make one for you, what would you like?

HI Chris I think it's great he has various styles of music. To me James is more appealing to a wider audience. Some of the kids in my town are so caught up in just one type of music they forget all the other wonderful music out there. My mom plays the piano and the organ (Dad's like Neil Diamond) hence maybe why I like all different types. Take care both of you and I'm always looking forward to whatever James comes out with=) Godspeed =)

Hi Molly , yes there,s a lot already to look through I dont think he's been on that much recentley as he's doing his Grade 8 guitar soon, and recording some stuff too . By the way it's usually James' that replys I just jump in occasionally.
