today i found out my 9 year old copy of vegas movie studio has a 60fps setting!!
this is a j0cc-Famitracker VRC6+MMC5 cover of Turn the Lights Off by Tally Hall. The stacking vocals and chords were my favorite part to transcribe - not very often do you get to stack chords without it sounding too boring in Famitracker! I've been sitting on this one for a while actually because I put all my attention into Lifetime Achievement Award, which will be finished in the next month or two - it's going to take a lot of polishing for that one. :-)

this visualization has made me realize the genius of how tally hall slowly added instruments and then, when the lights turn off, all of them just go crazy and jam out.

i am the queen of showing up late to the party but man.. i love how it looks like each bar(?) almost multiplies. idk how to explain it but i also love the calm part, especially the rumbling which sounds like the voices in the background as well as the ending which almost sounds triumphant.

I used OVGen for the waveform visualizer, but I think there are better waveform visualizers out there now.
I put the video and music together in Vegas Movie Studio, but any video editing software will do. It's just what I have!
