I live in a mobile home with two bathrooms and neither one of the bathrooms have a ventilation fan in there. Will these work for my bathrooms?

These are just for removing moisture in the air over time. It’s not going to work like an overhead ventilation fan to remove steam after a shower or condensation off walls that quick if that’s what your looking for.
