Sir with very difficulty we have managed to pay for our development charges and now the Society has imposed Excess Land Charges within such a short period of time. Sir Kindly request BWC Management Team on behalf of all concerned customers to please give discount on Excess Land Charges and Excess Land development charges on the Plots and on the Category charges. How can we pay such a big amount after just paying DC. Also request to extend the time to pay Excess Charges & Category Charges to minimum 6 months. You are our voice and we need your support to get this matter to the Management team. Please make a video on this issue as well. Thanks

Development charges ke sorat main jo files emerged hoe hai us ke total payment 485000 Rs development ke sorat main add ho gae hai .remaining amount 265000 Rs hai. kya remaining amount main APR adjust ho sktay hain . Ta k mare amount 100 clear ho jy.
