Thanks so much for watching! Please let me know if you enjoy these types of videos, where I film them in Spanish with the Spanish and English subtitles. I know it may be difficult for some, but keep working and it will get easier. Les quiero mucho ❣Don't forget to get our 3 Secrets To Learn Spanish Faster - speakspanishfaster.com/youtube
I love these and would so appreciate more! I have a very difficult time finding this kinda of content. It's either too local/fast paced for me OR it's like beginner city.
Definitely like the idea of watching videos of you speaking only in Spanish, with English subtitles. I also love your tip about how to learn Spanish faster by reading the Spanish version of lyrics to your favorite songs. I'm going to try that. I'm moving to SoCal from the Midwest next year, and want to be able to speak Spanish fluently by then. I appreciate your channel and your tips, and will be watching you a lot over the next year!
Strongly agree, since I've begun learning Spanish I've felt the need to duplicate what helped me achieve the same level of (relative) lingual fluidity in English, and I'm fairly confident a part of that was RUclips videos - subtitled at first, then it was freewheeling.
this video is great, i really enjoy the spanish spoken videos with english subtitles!! my mom is puerto rican but never taught us spanish (only the “basics”) and next year i’m going to pr for the first time and i want to be able to communicate con mi gente but it’s honestly a challenge to find puerto rican content that also comes with english subtitles. it would be so appreciated if you could make more videos of you talking about puerto rican resources/ stories/ anything, using that accent but also being able to break it down in english. me encanta tu canal, gracias rocky 🙏🏽
I actually read along to the subtitles in español, the English I would look at for the translation..I have been working pretty hard to become more fluent in Caribbean Spanish for the past 7 months, porque está es parte de mi raíces. Thank you so much for making these videos, because they have been helping me out a lot. It's becoming easier to understand, however I have still have work to do. I still look up words that I understand, and stop thinking in English, which is my first language.
Absolutely loved this video, could you do more like these where you just converse in spanish about something? I feel like i learnt a lot more trying to repeat what you said in spanish! Great content as always!
@@SpeakSpanishFaster Some topics I believe would be good for you to discuss is how it was coming back to Puerto Rico once you became fluent since you mentioned the first time you went to visit family out there you didn't know anything. This video reminded me of your speak Spanish faster program. Salute!
He acabado de empezar. Gracias!!
That's great Alyssa, I'll keep it up. It is easier to come up with content when they're all in Spanish because I can literally talk about anything, just in Spanish LOL
One thing i LOVE about your vids that almost no other "learn spanish" youtube channel does is that you put subtitles in both languages! it helps me a lot to see the Spanish words as you pronounce them, and of course i do not understand most, so the English subtitles help with that. Great job! Thank you.
Thank you for this video, you described my scenario to the tee. I am going to puerto rico next year to meet my grandparents for the first time and it has motivated me to learn to speak fluent spanish. I will be studying this channels videos in the meantime thank you so much for your help.
Really liked this video. I need more stuff like this! I watched once and kin of followed the English, but realized I was able to understand most of it without doing that. So I listed again without looking at the printed text. Great way to practice listening - which is where I need the most practice right now. Muchas gracias!
I have learned so much! I hadn't really spoken Spanish since college. This ahem years ago which was a shame since my mom was Puerto Rican. She didn't speak Spanish because she suffered a severe stroke when I was nine. I simply only understood English but not her Spanish. Fast forward to last July when I had knee replacement that greatly limited when it came to me to restudy Spanish. I also speak with my cousins now and understand everything. Recently I watched a Spanish novella in only Spanish and understood it all! Thank you Rocky! Might I request more videos in Spanish?
My old coworker learned English by watching English TV with English subtitles (just like your video here). I have to say that my Spanish got a lot better when I started working with people who only speak Spanish since it forces me to use it. Great advice and great videos!
Si ya hablas español fluido, automáticamente aprendes italiano y portugués/brasilero If you speak spanish already, you automatically know speak italian, and portugués/brasilian
Love this video! Yes! Please do more videos in spanish, with English subtitles. I agree! That if I were to listen to the videos more in spanish I would become more effective in understanding and learning to speak in spanish.
The only thing that would be better than this for all-spanish videos would be the ability to turn on and off subtitles by language. I don't think that's a high priority for the platform to enable multiple selectable transcripts, but it would be pretty cool.
Great video as always! I’m going to purchase the Seven Day System as well!Im sure it will be very beneficial. And I’m also wondering if you’ve covered the Subjunctive in depth. That has been my biggest challenge so far.I just can’t wrap my head around this “mood” in Spanish It has defeated me man
I’ve recently started learning Spanish and let me say, I’m so happy I found your channel. I was a bit confused on where to start. I bought the “Madrigal’s Magic Key To Spanish” and I’ve been studying that. But to hear someone speak to you and give you advice on how to pace yourself is very helpful as well. Thank you.
¡Gracias!
I understand alot of spanish Ive been learning spanish on and off for about 2 years I think I can maybe become fluent this year if I put in a lot of effort
Thanks so much for this video. I really enjoyed listening to Spanish at this tempo and seeing the words in Spanish and English. Seeing both text helps me learn the general meaning of new words and broadens my vocabulary. I want to learn more words that would help me in a Spanish ministry. Where should I look so I can build up my vocabulary in this area?
I was in Ciudad de Mexico and saw squirrel. I asked my Uber driver (no Inglés): ¿Cómo se llama la rata del árbol? The guy was laughing so hard he barely got out ‘Ardilla’
I enjoyed every bit of this video, man. I tell you, I've learned a lot of, and about Spanish since last August. Before then, I had little experience. (Apparently, Dora the Explorer is my first experience with Spanish) I'm currently in high school taking Spanish I, and I've developed a nice Latino American accent so quickly. I also mainly use a catalytic resource in Duolingo, along with some e-mails, that helped me to be a little bit ahead of my classmates in some grammar skills and vocabulary. I'm enjoying the ride, to say the least.
Great video! I think that listening in Spanish is more useful and fun than English. I think the ideal would be to use just enough English to get us past the rough spots, i.e. a sentence or two here and there. Otherwise, let Spanish rule. :)
I have recently started focusing way more on listening than grammar/conjugation and I feel like my learning has sped up so much, so this makes sense. To clarify, you believe that you don't have to devote specific times to vocab/grammar/conjugation and should spend most of your time just listening?
Hello Ricardo and team, I have your speak Spanish faster program and I would like to view the courses on my PC as well as on the phone app kajabi. Do I have to pay a monthly fee to view the courses on my PC and how do I add it to my PC, I've tried through Google play and kajabi, but it seems like I can't get it on the pc.
