    I’ve made some beetroot tikkis & paneer tikkis
    elevated to the next level with a mint hung curd dip which is just the best!

    For Beetroot Tikkis
    🥔Combine grated boil potato, grated raw beetroot (ensure that you squeeze out all the juice from the grated beetroot before combining), green chilli paste, ginger, salt, jeera powder and mix it up
    🥔Shape into bite sized tikkis (if the tikkis are a little loose, add some corn flour)
    🥔Coat the tikkis with rava and keep aside
    For Paneer Tikkis
    🧀Combine crumbled paneer, coriander, green chillies, salt, walnuts and cooked rice (for binding).
    🧀Shape them into small tikkis and keep aside
    ✨Cook both your tikkis on a tava till their golden brown on either side
    For Hung Curd Mint Dip
    🌱Combine fresh mint, coriander, ginger, garlic, green chillies, salt, sugar, lemon juice, and a little hung curd.
    🌱Grind into a smooth chutney
    🌱Add this chutney to hung curd, mix it well & your dip is ready
    ✨To assemble your board, spread the Hung Curd Mint Dip on a platter, top it up with the tikkis, raw onions, chaat masala, coriander & sev. Dig in!
