Until we see gameplay and get a beta talk around the game is basically useless tbh they can say literally anything until players get their hands on it it means nothing. Hopefully its good tho it has some cool stuff theoretically but i hope they actually make a good game not just an empty map and expect players to "make their own fun" that almost always fails very quickly
The only potential issue I see is the 1000 player servers they spoke of, if there does end up being large scale battles at times I hope that it won’t be insanely laggy, battlefield doesn’t lag for me at all and combat in this game seems like it will have a similar feel to battlefield so I’m hoping that they can actually pull of massive servers without to much lag during large scale high population events
@@supersaiyanjohn idk people really tend to romanticize the idea of large scale battles but it tends to come down to really boring and lame tactics rather than any actual fighting its almost always a lot more boring then people envision it, that's one of the reasons it's not a focus in most games because it's not as fun as people think it will be but i mean its probably possible if its using a good system throne and liberty can do some pretty crazy stuff
Great video 10/10, I'm pretty excited to see what will happen with this game. Let's hope it's not a Watch Dogs 2.0 where the trailers looked incredible and the final game was your average PS3 game.
Seems like an interesting PVP heavy MMO, kinda like ...what was it, planetside? Kinda like that, but with crafts and resource rotations. Not my cup of tea as i'm not into the whole desert thing, which allows for huge maps obviously, but here's hoping the instance/resource/etc rotation with the storm aren't set in a cycle. Because then it's just a weekly rotation masked as a storm thing, which kind of kills the magic of logging in monday and figuring out what the hell to do that week. Guess time will tell! :D
PVP will be opt-in/opt-out via a portion of the map, the rest is pve. also the storm doesnt reset everything, just everything in a certain area, the pvp area, you can still store stuff in your base in the pve zone, farm there, build things, go to towns or whatever, etc.
Make sure to subscribe if you want to keep up with my Dune Awakening videos.

Very informative. Thanks
I wonder if it’s gonna feel like elder scrolls online where you just use the skill and Wait? or will it be like Conan exiles with more people?
You think the worms will be the wall mechanic aswell

Not bothered about playing other people... I'd like my own single player experience vs comp
500 players ?
Sounds crazy init
Well thats not a set number yet, their goal is actually thousands
Light no fire is gonna have 5,000 give or take
star citizen going to be crazy too
If you can’t raid other players I will not waste my money PvP or I’ll stay on conan
Bet the combat is going to be horse shit like conan.
its going to be different from conan lol
If they allow big guilds the game is already dead
