ND's OL next season is going to be special. The biggest problem, assuming health, will be finding snaps for so many players. It could, should, be an historically good OL. And that is going to make for a great offense, along with the RBs. I will be surprised if ND doesn't win the Moore Award next season. So much talent ... again, if healthy.
I truly hope so! However, there is something to keep an eye on... There are MULTIPLE Freshman, Red Shirt Freshman, Sophomores, and Red Shirt Sophomores who have played significant minutes either this season or last season. Then, add in one VERY SPECIAL Offensive Linemen in the 2025 Recruiting Class, and all of the Juniors, Seniors, or Grad Students who may be there. Sounds great, right? Well, yes and no. Every team in the country would love to have the Depth and Talent of the Notre Dame Offensive Line! There are multiple players at each position who would be Starting at ANY OTHER School in the Country! But that can be a small problem sometimes... With the Portal, guys can look around the room and realize "I won't ever get a chance". Please know that I am NOT saying that this will absolutely happen, only that it COULD happen. Again, it is an amazing "problem" to have: Too much talent!😂 Go Irish!!
Burgess looks like a monster potentially. Kind of reminds me a bit of Bryce Young, but obviously different body types. I think Burgess has the potential to fill out and be "thicker," and maybe move inside. But he looks like a guy who will excel at the next level. I'm really excited about his future at ND.
How come no talk about Micah Gilbert and Cam Williams being mentioned when it comes to our WR room next season? Cam was supposed to be the next big thing, yet hasnt gotten any time this year and now we have more WR transfers already coming in.
I've been wondering this myself. I guess we'll see come Spring ball about the younger guys. If Brown can't develop the young guys, time to go back to the drawing board for WR coach.
I think what fans continually misunderstand is the foundation of recruiting. It is about relationships. Relationships cultivated over time, through attention and hard work. People want to believe that kids simply make a decision based on a game here or there ... or based on a championship run. But it is much more complicated than that. Will ND's run here help them in closing on some of the kids they've been after? Sure. It helps. Will it open a door or two with kids they are interested in down the road. Yep. But it isn't just a switch that gets flipped. I'm sure ND will do well in recruiting for the '26 class. And this playoff run can only help. But real inroads, I think, will come in the season after that. The door openings that might not have been open before.
My guess is he's going to be an Audric Estime-type plus a redshirt year. He redshirted this season, will get some meaningful reps next season, but might not really get into the regular rotation until 2026.
CANT WAIT 4 ANGELI NEXT YEAR. IRISH CAN HAVE A REAL PASSING GAME THAT WILL COMPLIMENT A TOP 5 DEFENSE. I CANT REMEMBER THE LAST QB FOR IRISH THAT WAS LIKE ANGELI AS FAR AS PASSING
@@SlyFox-uu1ei what? Did u see Angeli whippin that ball around? He looked legit asf. And i saw him run a few plays..cement shoes is def reaching. With a great OL he can just drop back and go to work. Idk...i was impressed...u werent?
Difficult to see Kedren Young sticking around if he's behind Jeremiyah, JD & Aneyas. I really liked Kedren's game in the limited action he received this year. Could be great, would hate to lose him.
I can hardly wait to hear Horka's prediction for National Championship game. So far he has picked Georgia and Penn State. In September picked Texas A&M. Loyalty?
@@NotreDameFightingIrish When as a Notre Dame reporter, being close to the team, observing their players, constantly picking the opposition I some of our biggest games this year, does not show much confidence in this team. It's a fair statement.

Boy I hope your right. I'm 77 yrs old don't have much time left. Go irish
Nah you got plenty of time. They'll bring that trophy home
My brother in Blue & Gold, you are a Notre Dame fan...
You have AT LEAST another 30-35 years, minimum!
God Bless you, sir.
And, of course, GO IRISH!!

Love is winning the Heisman next year
I truly hope so!

Winning is fun.
Wake me up when we land some elite speedy WRs and some 4-5* level DTs and pass rushers then we set.
wiat until Freeman and crew roll up with their rings.
I hope so. I'd be 5k richer
I hope you win
Bet $100 on two preseason bets. ND at -2400 and ND vs OSU at -3000. Sounds like we are in similar spots, but I already hit half mine lol
“God was here before Ohio State, so you can give your heart to Jesus but your ass belongs to Notre Dame!”
Watch out for Kennedy Urlacher in 25
No place in this country like Notre Dame. ND is going to attract 5 star recruits now
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
It means really good kids are gunna wanna
Play there.

Tons of snaps for freshmen and sophomores should also be telling for recruits. Completely opposite from the previous regime.
I wouldn't worry about Cam Williams and Micah Gilbert, their time will come and they'll most likely be in the rotation next year.

jaden is our best WR

Mike mentioned the WRs could be special but didn't mention Cam Williams. Interested to know where he stands. He was a touted recruit
I wonder if something is going on with him behind the scenes because he was supposed to be an impact player but has hardly even played as a backup.

Clausen tbh. Kelly just brought undersized mobile QBs that got hurt and backups became our starters.
Probably Tommy Rees
Angelie won't start next year either Minchey or Carr will Angelie has cement shoes

Cj carr will be the starter next year. Angellli is a good guy buy he's to stiff.
I really hope JD Price sticks around and doesn't transfer. I am afraid he will though

He’s a freshman.
James flanigan could be a true freshman
It means more talent will wanna come n play for marcus.

He picked ND to beat PSU 31-14. And since when does predicting ND to lose mean you lose loyalty? Wtf?

Is Ben Morrison coming back next year or is his eligibility up?
He's out too da NFL
He pulled a Kyle Hamilton, played in 17 games his whole ND career, used ND to showcase his talents and said "see ya"
I thought he was a Sophomore this year ?
Dudes be like I’m not gay and then pull up wearing a notre dame jersey.
