Actually, your cockatiel is well trained. Most will not even sit on a shoulder that long, much less travel without freaking out. Give him some credit for being so calm and settled. My cockatiels have always freaked when seeing things outdoors and so when I take them for nail clipping or wing trims, I must cover their travel cages. By nature cockatiels are voracious and can be naughty when left to their own devices, they forage constantly and will chew anything in sight that appeals. Toys and other distractions do help a lot. Please give that little guy tons of love, I wish my birds would be that well trained!
Shock of shocks, mine lived to 37. I found him when he flew to my house after escaping his prior owners. At the time, I was 8 years old and I had never seen a cockatiel before. Later when we knew what he was, we tried all the seeds out there and the ONLY one he would eat was the Hartz 8 in 1. He ate that particular type of food his entire life and was healthy as a horse. He would eat the occasional lettuce, cabbage, apples, dandelions, and here's the kick in the pants, he absolutely LOVED buttermilk cornbread and biscuits. He had to eat it every day. He loved paper bags, he would get in them and defend them. He was not afraid of cats, in fact, my cat ran into the house one day and immediately jumped up to the back of the couch where my cockatiel was and grabbed him by the head, almost immediately she slung him across the room out of her mouth. Why? Because my cockatiel pierced her tongue. He would trim my dogs and cats toenails from that point forward, and they would not move because he would threaten to bite their toes if they even flinched. There's so much more that I could say about my Jasper. He was with me until 2015. He passed away peacefully, ironically the day that I was getting ready to move across the country from TN to Wyoming, exactly 2 months after my father passed away to the day. So, do the Math. His original owner told me that he was owned previously by a man that used to walk around with him on his shoulder in the city and that he was at least 7 years old or more when he got out and flew to my house. He was easily 37 with a high possibility of being older than that, but not younger.

Thanks! He's wearing a flightsuit I bought from "Avian Fashions". The leash I actually sewed it into the suit myself to make sure it never detaches. The flightsuit comes with a velcro leash but I was too paranoid it might come loose so I sewed a permanent leash into the flightsuit instead. Thanks so much for watching!! :)

I have a budgie. And I spent so long researching them. I got a cage which could fit three budgies in it, I let him out all day. I always buy him new toys, he refuses to eat vegetables unless it is rocket or sweet corn and I have to rip it into tiny pieces. I am with him usually, all day, and when I am not with him I play the radio. I was diagnosed with leukaemia so I am home schooled(I usually pop into school for an hour or two a day. I do go any longer I may be back in hospital. But I’m in remission now. I may be able to go back full days soon). I play with him lots. He is a mix between your two birds. He likes to cuddle and kiss and to be kissed. He also plays with is toys loads. He likes to attack his bells and break the bells. He likes to chase balls, but he is not strong enough to bring them back. He is so small. But he is gaining weight so we call him pudgy budgie. He speaks really well (I have only had him since August 2017, and he already says ‘can you turn the lights out please Rebecca-There is no one called Rebecca in our family so I have no idea where that is from. It’s something he has on,y been saying for about a week- pretty boy, what are you doing, hippity hoppity get off my property, clever bird, cute baby chicken. He also says a lot more but we can’t pick it up).
Hi! Thanks so much for your lovely comment and I'm so happy to hear you are in remission congrats!!! :) I love it when birds talk they say the funniest things. Coconut loves veggies but Geraldine is a slacker in that department unfortunately. I still make it a habit to offer it to him anyway. Coconut loves munching on broccoli, chia seeds and kale. He's a healthier eater than my other tiel. I wish you continued good health and happiness with your birdies!! 😍😍👍🙂
Loved your video. Your Petco is nice but I go to a smaller store that sells birds of all kinds and also sells cages and bird food and toys and whatnot. Its been in business for 35 years too. I live near two Petco's too. My Cockatiel does not like toys. He rather perch on my shoulder and cuddle. I mentioned before I got him as a rescue bird over 20 yrs ago when he was 3-6 months old. He has slowed down a lot now but he loves to be with me all the time. When he passes I will not get another pet as my health is not that good and I am over 70 now. But I will always love animals.
That's so funny because one of my tiels (Geraldine) doesn't like toys either. He NEVER plays with them. The ONLY thing he likes to do is sit on my thigh as I work on the computer all day... he's a "velcro bird" always attached to me and LOVES to cuddle he also makes cute little cricket sounds when I cuddle him (I'll have to try to get that on video it's sooo cute!). My other tiel (Coconut) is much more independent and loves toys and is less cuddly. They are total opposites from each other. There is a small bird shop that strictly deals wiht birds but it's about 40 min drive away from where I live. I take my tiels to get their nails one there about every 3 months or so. So sorry to hear about your health. My aunt is also 70 and was in horrible horrible health... she's now off all her meds since going low fat whole foods plant based. I too was in such bad health it's scary. I should be wheel chair bound having had over 30 lesions on my brain (even had them on my brain stem worst possible place to have them) but I've gone into remission (have MS) now since radically changing my diet I've halted the progression completely. It's so sad because I literally hear at least 2 ambulances every day in my neighborhood and I guarantee most are for heart attacks and strokes. If you ever watch "Engine 2 Diet" by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn's son (Rip Esselstyn) who is a fire fighter he says 99% of the calls they get are not for fires but for preventable heart attacks! Never give up... keep eating healthy and hope for the best :)
So sorry if I've asked this before but what's your tiel's name? :) I think you might have told me before? If so, my bad! Either way both my tiels say hello to yours ;)
My bird's name is "BABY". I was going to name him Corky but my Mother thought I should name him Baby..an endearing name. He use to talk more but since both my parents passed in 2003 and 2004 he stopped saying a few words but does talk at certain times day. I had another tiel who was a rescue named "Rocky" who also talked a little but he passed away in 2010. My tiel says Hi too! I have heard of a treadmill desk but they are expensive. I still have a bad back --hurt it in 1966 1967 when I was 20-21 yrs old. I have degenerated disc condition too. So I do the best I can. I am usually at the computer a few hours a day at the most.
Edie Koller Hi Eddie, sorry for my slow reply. I LOVE the name Baby it's super cute!! 😀 Sorry to hear about your condition. Thanks so much and hope you're enjoying the weekend! ☺
It's so cheerful watching this video that popped up on my YT homepage :) My cockatiel died last year in November. He was 19 and a half years old, I got him for my 5 th birthday from my grandma. He was with me on my first day of primary school, first day of secondary, graduation day, first day of college, took him with me to live in my dormitory in the capital, and he was with me when I graduated from college too. He was the best pet I'll ever have, he was very committed to me and I had him walking around with me like yours, no leash I had trust in him although I freaked a couple of times. He loved eating fruits and vegetables and boiled eggs. Especially insects, I was buying him cockroaches and he loved them. I have a tons of stories with him. And now I have a green conure, not peach a like like on the video, I have one with like black lines. I'm still gaining his trust.
TIPS FOR FUTURE BREEDERS! I have two parrots (cockatiels. one white yellow and the other gray-yellow) it's sometimes hard work, but when you find the time you will love them as childe. I also definitely recommend buying a man-fed young cockatiel (as a young one she will love you as child love his parrent .) And I don't even recommend buying two birds, when there are two from the beginning it is possible that they will have a bigger relationship with each other than with you. Next, buy everything important or find out before you buy a parrot. So I recommend studying parrots carefully a month before buying. Im from diffrent country so i wrote this text on google translation. Good luck with your parrots.👍
I had birds where I grew up and I didn’t feel like they were too much work. I gave them fresh water every day, made sure they had their food refilled and cleaned their cage when it got too dirty. It was fun building huge perches for them in my home and feeding them vegetables or watching them bathe. I had birds for 10 years but my family wanted them gone so we sold them and got a cat. I would get birds again anytime.

Parrots all have COMPLETELY different personalities (which I think is awesome). My Cockatiel is much like yours in that he is a VERY lively bird that is high maintenance and follows me EVERYWHERE. I've also had a few that are completely relaxed and chill.
Yes!!! I know exactly what you mean LOL. Geraldine it SUPER quiet and SUPER laid back and very very calm and mellow. The ONLY thing he ever wants to do it sit on my thigh as I work on the computer whereas my other tiel named Coconut is a NUTCASE!!!! He's my problem bird LOL. I honestly could NOT handle two birds like Coconut because I'd go insane!!! Coconut is so hyper, loud and very high maintenance it's not even funny. I have to admit I do enjoy Geraldine more because he's so cuddly and less stress LOL :)
We have 2 parakeets and a cockatiel (we just put our 11 1/2 year old parakeet to sleep yesterday 😪) and I COMPLETELY AGREE that people don't realize if you get a bird that keeping them in their cage all the time is not right. We don't close their cages unless we leave the house and bedtime. When we leave the house our cockatiel's cage is left open. Having birds are work but I love having them and taking care of them!
LOL no he doesn't... he's very new to wearing the harness but he's doing GREAT. Eventually he will no longer bite at it. He must wear it for his safety whenever I take him outdoors :) My other tiel was much worse than Coconut in the beginning but now he's a pro :)
I love coconut! Such a cute cockatiel. We are moving into a new house this weekend, and decided we are going to get a cockatiel. I had a parakeet who sadly passed and was loved dearly by me, my mom, and my grandma. Since she is moving in with us and cockatiels are great family birds (and we were looking for a bird slightly bigger than a parakeet, and maybe a bit smarter as to not fly into my small 15 pound dogs mouths.) we thought why not? Birds are great and there are definitely ups and downs ranging from living age, noise, the fact you are constantly taking care of a 2 year old, but also birds are loving, playful, and just great! Poor Charlie, didnt live to his fullest. He will always live on in my heart ❤️. Thanks for this video! Adorable
He’s so cute!! We have a budgie named Lego and we got our first cockatiel 2 weeks ago 😍 we named him Romeo he is only 11 weeks old he was hand fed and is such a sweet heart! I agree that people need to do a ton of research before getting a bird! They are awesome but a lot of work! And it’s so sad when people get a bird because it’s cute and then have to rehome it!
My green cheek conure (Milo) and my daughter’s cockatiel (Chubbs) are seriously best friends. You can see the sadness when they are apart. They are not caged together but the first thing they do when we let them out in the morning is find each other so they can play for the day. I know that’s definitely not the norm but they absolutely love each other. We did get them at about the same time and both are within weeks of age of each other. Not sure if that makes the difference.
I remember i took out my budgie outside for the first time and the wind blew him into a tree. I was scared at first but he just chilled with the other birds and then he flew back home. It’s his favorite spot outside now
LOL yes hopefully... I think you're referring to my other tiel? I took him on an outing later that day when I made a trip to Home Depot :) Thanks so much for watching!! :)
He is so cute! He acts just like my Kiwi. Does the same things! Loves chewing on shiny things. Loves getting into trouble. Such an adorable feathery ball of trouble
Thanks!!! :) Yes I'm super excited about my treadmill desk and cannot wait to show you. I'll have it assembled by next week. The first one they delivered was damaged so that resulted in a delay :( I'll have it ready by next week though. Thanks so much fro your patience and for watching!!!! 😍🙂

PS Edie not Eddie..My real name is Edith but I always get everyone who does not know me putting an extra "D" in my first name. I am sort of use to it by now.
Hi Edie! Oops! So sorry my bad. That must get very annoying after a while. I know people always misspell my name as "Juliette" and I'm always having to correct them by telling them it's spelled "Juliet"!! Hope you have an awesome day Edie (I got it right this time! LOL) and thanks so much for watching!!! :) 😍
I don't like petshops locking up animals in small cages like that cat. On the other hand, you are treating your cockatail with respect and care! Love those birds!!
Cockatiels are parrots: The cockatiel (Nymphicus hollandicus), also known as the quarrion and the weiro, is a bird that is a member of the cockatoo family endemic to Australia. They are prized as household pets and companion PARROTS throughout the world and are relatively easy to breed. Is a cockatiel a parrot? Yes, cockatiels are parrots. Cockatiels (Nymphicus hollandicus), have the characteristic features of parrots: a curved hookbill and zygodactyl feet (two toes pointing forward and two pointing backward). These small parrots are native to Australia, and are closely related to cockatoos.
I'm Hungarian, Swedish, Canadian and American (I have 4 passports) but my first language I ever spoke was Hungarian and English is my 2nd language :) It's so funny because some people say I don't have an accent at all whereas other people say I do have an accent. I actually downplay my "accent" in the videos but in real life it can be heard more 😉 Thanks so much for watching wishing you great day!! :)
I already had a white parakeet and it's a sweetie. It is very needy but I enjoy it and knew this would be the case with any parrot. I love my birdie and it really likes me more and more each day as our bond grows. I have time for it and I let my bird out of it's cage and have a nice cage where it can fly in it too. It seems happiest in a bigger cage and loves flying around in my home sitting on the swings I have installed in my ceiling hanging for it. I think it's a boy but it's still too young yet too tell. It's name is Twiggy. It'll fly and land on me and my husband now and it loves attention including snuggles. I grew up with a budgie and a cockatiel when I was little and my Mom worked at a groomers at one point and later ran a pet shop and did grooming for dogs there too. She literally owned it and rented the building in a basement. It was really a privilege to grow up in a pet shop every day after school. She'd even bring animals for shows at my school in elementary to educate the kids. They thought I was so cool. She'd bring snakes too lol. I knew about all kind of animals and got to hold huge snakes at a young age and corn snakes and bearded dragons and rats. I was that little girl who had pet rats in the 90s before it was cool or known. One just sitting on my shoulder and a sweetie. I love fatties and all the customers would point to their kids and say "Look at the girl. She has a rat on her shoulder!" It actually helped sell the rats as pets more instead of feeders for the snakes. Customers learned they were gentle and found them charming and asked me about them to know how to care for them. Good times from my childhood and there were not many so I like remembering the pet shop. She had to sell it when I was going on 12 years old and it went out of business. She really knew how to keep it afloat I guess in that town. People loved her because she was knowledgeable about what she had and did there. She would also take the meaner big dogs but knew how to handle them. No other groomers would take them. My Mom worked so hard. Ran a pet shop, did grooming in back for hours every day, and later at crazy hours she'd work in a water factory. I am now an adult with a small child of my own at 3 and am a stay at home Mom. I appreciate that I can do that. My Mom only did it on and off as a stay at home Mom but after she left my Dad and our house burned down she had to work three jobs just to buy a new house. Sorry this is so random and long lol. Just appreciate my Mom more now as I'm a parent too. I think that happens to a lot of us lol.
Hey tropically fit, I have a question could you please make a video about training cockatiels I have 2 of them and they hiss and bite a HARD as in blood dripping ps thank you😊
Sure! I'll try and make a video on that in the future. In the interim Parrot Wizard (is his youtube channel) you might find watching his channel helpful too as he's a parrot wizard ;)

Omg I totally agree with you about getting birds or any pets..they deserve to be In their habitat as much as possible and pet owners should make that possible.. people needs to think before getting any exotic animal because it hard to take care of them ☺️☺️

Love the harness! Alas! My wobble-poof of a cockatiel would be on my head, chewing my glasses, or just being a general (cute) brat. And I doubt he'd let me near him with the harness. As for not letting birds out of the cage, they sometimes don't want it. Like us, it seems they have moods where they just don't want to go out and be social.
It just takes time and patience is the key ;) Little by little they will earn your trust and be more at ease around you and they will eventually LOVE getting attention from you :)
LOL so true! Coconut is a nutcase... but thankfully my other tiel so very calm and laidback :) I would NOT be able to handle 2 birds like Coconut I would go insane!!

I've always been told that cockateils were lovely. I thank you because you awarned me teaching that cockateils can be naughty little biters and that conure's bite are more painful. I've always seen videos where those two birds are lovely so I thought every of them was like this. Thank you because now I will think about it more and be careful, maybe they are not my kind of bird
I understand a Parrot is hard to take care of, but taking care of animals are always a bit challenging. I am gonna tell you a bit about my favorite bird, Ollie, he scratches my hands and causes them to get irritated, but my bird loves me, and I (and my family) trust Ollie without a harness, since we aren't gonna exactly take him outside. I don't agree with all your points, but a couple of them I am okay with. But I am fine with your opinion, and I believe your taking care of your bird great so far.
Well I don't feel like my Cockatiel and Lovebird are too much work. I let them be out, make sure try have their food and water and toys. I talk to them often, play music. They're happy!!
Howdy diddly doo! haha. LOL this is my new greeting ;) Hope you enjoy this vid. Thanks so much for watching have a great week!! :)
Tropically Fit (TropicallyFit.com) u should make a video on how to tame a wild cockatiel
Fahad Ansari. Thanks for your suggestion I'll try and make a vid on that topic. Thanks so much for watching!! 😀☺
Yaaaaaaa honey! U be luking so preta!!!!!! U know what I mean honey? Yaaa gurl😅 New way of taking
Where did you get the harness?
Silly question but how often do you get pooped on?
Coconut being afraid of fish but not of a cat is the most cockatiel thing ever.
Dragonfly I
LOL yes! Coconut would not last long out in the wild he'd get eaten up by prey real fast!
My bird was also scared of my goldfish when I had one xD it made me laugh
My cockatiel's biggest fears were umbrellas and balloons 😂
faintmelody mine is afraid of my old SpongeBob hamper
Look at his little thigh in the harness 😄😄 I can't, its too cute 😂
Joel Lloyd what's the harness for? Is it so he won't fly away or so he won't poop on her sweater?
Pilar Rodarte that harness is for both
I know

You make a good point :) I've always been proud of how well behaved Coconut is in the car. I wish he was the same when indoors in my home LOL
Cassandra Smith its bad if they judt sit on you shoulder because they become huge shoulder parrot

I agree; parrots are an extremely high-maintenance, long-lived pet, and any thought of getting one should be researched thoroughly.
Amen!!! I agree 100%!!!! :)
Melly Kidd cockteil
Your girl lol
Cockatiels are a member of the parrot family, along with budgies, cockatoos and macaws.
Yea I made a big mistake I got a bird without any Research but it’s okay now a bit after I got him I researched and now he is a good bird
Your cockatiel saw the hawk long before you did. At 2:05, you can see when he realizes the hawk is there. I had my cockatiel for 37 years.
LOL you're right! You can see he spotted something by the look on his face haha 😉 Sometimes they REALLY freak out when they see a hawk flying...
Omg 37 years?? Is it possible? I thougt that they live up to 30 in their natural habitat and up to 15 with people
Shock of shocks, mine lived to 37. I found him when he flew to my house after escaping his prior owners. At the time, I was 8 years old and I had never seen a cockatiel before. That's older than the world record for oldest cockatiel
37?!!! Wowsers. That has to be a record.
Bird owners are the best. I swear i started off with one and now i have several birds. 2 cockatiels and 3 Doves.
That's cool... I know sometimes birds are like chips... you can't stop at just one haha 😍
What king of doves? Im planning on getting diamond doves

Love his flight suit! I am gonna look into getting ours one.
Wish I had someone closer to share info with for my bird. We have had him 4 months and I’ve noticed he has bonded with me the most. I’ve learned about the hazards to watch out for. I know I need to give him a shower which he hasn’t let me do yet
Chyenne Coderre On hot summer days, I use a small spray bottle and they love it. Maybe that will help?

@@veganwolf1318 Can you give me the link again? Its not working. Thank youuu!!🙂👍
I was going to name him Corky but my Mother
thought I should name him Baby..an endearing name.

I love the sound of cockatoos and kookaburras. It makes me feel happy in the morning 😊
cockatiels, kookaburras, cockatoos and galahs are so common around victoria I love it
It's so cheerful watching this video that popped up on my YT homepage :)
My cockatiel died last year in November.
I'm still gaining his trust.
when u checked out thw bird toys, coconut was very interested 😂 thats cuute!
Coconut LOVES toys... it's too bad my other tiel doesn't play with toys at all. He's missing out!! LOL
My cockatiel likes destroying lego sets, throwing seeds everywhere, pooping in her water, flying all over, and always stays on my back lol.
You genuinely seem like such a friendly, sweet and caring person i want to give you a hug omg
*Wanna go shopping?*
Coconut: *bites camera*
*Coconut no leave my camera alone!* 😂
Just wanna say that I'm grateful that you know what you're talking about and are spreading the word about proper bird care. ♡

First thought: Hannah Hart got a parrot??
Sam Sioux haha
LOL I had to look her up on google. Wasn't sure who she is ☺
LMAO
I grew up with cockatiels, and just learned that they are a species of parrot. Learn something new every day lol
My cockatiel got lost today and RUclips has been recommending me a lot of cockatiel videos. ❤️😢 Love your video tho! 👍🏻
What harness are you using on your baby? The one I bought is too heavy for my cockatiel 😓

At the starting coconut says "Whats you doing" to a caique parrot.0:01
Coconut is a silly li' bird! ;) Thanks so much for watching!
Aftab Alam that’s a pineapple GCC actually
I thought it was "where are we going". lol, now I hear both. im sure the owner knows what it is for sure.
Coconut doesnt like the shirt xd
LOL no he doesn't... he's very new to wearing the harness but he's doing GREAT. Eventually he will no longer bite at it. He must wear it for his safety whenever I take him outdoors :) My other tiel was much worse than Coconut in the beginning but now he's a pro :)
It's not a shirt.... it's a harness honey
This bird is beyond cute and well behaved! I’m in love ❤️
Thumbs up for the cockatiel.
I agree!!! Thanks for your great comment!! 🙂😍👍
Coooocoooonut is soooooo cute and pure and beautiful 😭😭❤
My tiel won't wear the harness. I want to take him everywhere, but you just won't wear it
I remember i took out my budgie outside for the first time and the wind blew him into a tree. I was scared at first but he just chilled with the other birds and then he flew back home. It’s his favorite spot outside now
Wow he's so calm! Lets hope the other one wont give you the frowny face :3
LOL yes hopefully... I think you're referring to my other tiel? I took him on an outing later that day when I made a trip to Home Depot :) Thanks so much for watching!! :)
Ive never herd of a treadmill desk. I do love the cocktails. I have two cocktails as well. Love them
He is so cute!
Great video.
What is the harness called please? I'd like to get one but can only find a harness without the velcro jacket type like you've got.
This is the cutest video i have ever seen 😍
Thanks!!! :)
Omg he's so calm & good...my birds going crazy when I try to take it out with myself
I have been wanting a bird for soo long and I have been doing lots of research!
Such a faithful and cute friend! You are lucky!
He's got some big diapers
filibertogarciasi it's a harness diaper

I really like your bird!😄
the links doesnt work
When I watch ur vids I feel like im talking to a person. Like a genuine person.
great video! Where did you get that harness? I've been looking for one forever
9:59 was the funny part lol
XD like if u agree
I don't like petshops locking up animals in small cages like that cat.
On the other hand, you are treating your cockatail with respect and care! Love those birds!!
I have a cockatiel to and mine is a handful as well!
LOL yes so you know the feeling haha :)

There are extreme differences between cockatiels and parrots..
Mousefur Of ThunderClan Cockatiels are parrots. There is huge differences in the various species of parrots however cockatiels are parrots.
Tropically Fit (TropicallyFit.com) I know that now. Duh. Cockatoos are in the parrot family and cockatiels are related to cockatoos.
Mousefur Of ThunderClan A cockatail is a parrot.
www.petcha.com/top-10-cockatiel-questions-answered/ - So yeah, cockatiels are parrots.
Cockatiels are parrots:
The cockatiel (Nymphicus
hollandicus), also known as the quarrion and the weiro, is a bird that is a
member of the cockatoo family endemic to Australia. They are prized as
household pets and companion PARROTS throughout the world and are
relatively easy to breed.
Is a cockatiel a parrot? Yes, cockatiels are parrots. Cockatiels (Nymphicus

zygodactyl feet (two toes pointing forward and two pointing backward). These
small parrots are native to
Australia, and are closely related to cockatoos.
Where on earth did you find that harness thing? Or whatever it's called--? It's perfect! :0
9:13 in love with da fish
It was Coconut's first time seeing fish :)
He’s so pretty! I have a cockatiel aswell, that grey on him is extremely beautiful, also that yellow is gaurgous. Best of luck with him.
Is his name kookoonut or coconut? If it’s the former, that is hilarious! 😂
I named him Coconut but I call him CooCoo'Nut because he's a coo coo nutcase!!! He's a little wacko LOL 😜😜🙂😃
Tropically Fit (TropicallyFit.com), he sounds rotten. 😂. How cute!
Birds always chew on glasses, he seems like a good bird. 👍🏼 my green cheek chews on my necklace, sunglasses and nibbles on my face.
You have such a clear accent, where are you from?
I'm Hungarian, Swedish, Canadian and American (I have 4 passports) but my first language I ever spoke was Hungarian and English is my 2nd language :) It's so funny because some people say I don't have an accent at all whereas other people say I do have an accent. I actually downplay my "accent" in the videos but in real life it can be heard more 😉 Thanks so much for watching wishing you great day!! :)
That is very cute 😍 shopping with your bird!!! Nice video!!!!
arrrr u a pirate
I'm half pirate, half alien and half bird 😉 I used to have 3 arms (3rd arm was growing out of my forehead) but I had it amputated.
I liked the cat prob saying dat should be me out there XD
LOL yes indeed!!! 🙂
Awwww, Coconut's wearing a birb nappy :3
ive always wanted a kiwi bird but i wonder if they r actually made of kiwi

I have 2 of them and they hiss and bite a HARD as in blood dripping ps thank you😊

Please also help with methods on calming the birds down too
It just takes time and patience is the key ;) Little by little they will earn your trust and be more at ease around you and they will eventually LOVE getting attention from you :)
Tropically Fit (TropicallyFit.com) thank you so much!!!!
If ur trying to learn how to calm down your parrot u shouldn'tve gotten one to begin with. These birds r insane

Austin 555555 Cockatiels are parrots x3
LOL thanks for clarifying this. Yes many people don't realize cockatiels ARE parrots!!!!! :)
Austin 555555 you can tell if it’s a parrot based on the toes, two toes in the front, two toes in the front, and by the curved beak
Beautiful bird. I have a question, where did you get the harness? I have two tiels.
Coconut is so calm. My bird spends most of her days flying away from imaginary danger xD she would totally freak with all that action
No joke 7 minutes of her non stop talking
never mind..
*TRIGGERED*
What harness do you use? Is it from a store or online? If it's online can you give a link?
I understand a Parrot is hard to take care of, but taking care of animals are always a bit challenging. I am gonna tell you a bit about my favorite bird, Ollie, he scratches my hands and causes them to get irritated, but my bird loves me, and I (and my family) trust Ollie without a harness, since we aren't gonna exactly take him outside. I don't agree with all your points, but a couple of them I am okay with. But I am fine with your opinion, and I believe your taking care of your bird great so far.
I'm here for the cute bird trips!! :D subbed!
Well I don't feel like my Cockatiel and Lovebird are too much work. I let them be out, make sure try have their food and water and toys. I talk to them often, play music. They're happy!!
Oh. My. Lord. Cuckoo-nut might be the best bird name ever.
What a cue video :) what harness do you use? that looks a lot more comfortable than the current one I have
