The guitar's called Yamaha SLG200s and it's not that expensive. Right now it's less than 1000€. It was my first guitar. Very good quality would recommend.

I use that capo sometimes. If you use a hair tie (fabric will slide better) you can slide it up and down the fret board effortlessly for some cool affects. (I don't know if it hurts the strings but it seems fine)
