This would make a good hiking experience. And those organic raspberries are biggest health foods. Oooh my beloved country filled with unexploited touristic opportunities ❤️
I'm from littoral which makes nkongsamba close to Douala like an hour away then South ouest which land us to Buea I guess .when visiting I was coming from Yaounde the trip was so long God !😅but it was worthy thanks again for another beautiful video of our beautiful country 👌😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Nice trip. but next time pass through bangem because it is shorter and less stressful. That lake is found in the south west region and not in littoral. once in Bangem you just go up there by a motor bike or you go on foot. from bangem to the lake is 9km
Looks really cool. Changing the colors during editing kind of takes away from the beauty of the lakeS. I heard one is blueish and the other is green, but the editing make both lol brownish . Is the male male as dangerous (juju) lol , as they make it sound ? J’ai entendu que les choses pas très catholiques se passent dans le lac mal. 😬 bref, c’était beau. Mercii
Hahahaha there’s nothing dangerous about the male lake. Just not accessible as the female lake cos of the steep corners. Dats it. Nothing mystical there. Thanks for watching 🙏🏽
Thank you for great content, I am so glad you went there. I have always been intrigued and awestruck by the views and you and your team did an awesome job bringing us those beautiful, serene views... Please try to do Lake Nyos if you can access it. The history behind the Lake Nyos disaster of the 80s is known worldwide and I am sure many will view your videos.
Just like the guide told you, as you cross the star gate you enter the southwest. This twin lake is not a NKONGSAMBA LAKE, it is of the Bakossi people. They control that lake. You struggled to go to that lake because you passed through Nkongsambe. If you passed through Bangem, a car would've reached there.
Cars do get there, that lake is in Poala, that is my husband village, we visited the village with our kids and took a car right up to the lake. Thanks for sharing, it is such a beautiful place, especially the weather, my kids really enjoyed the cold weather.

Beautiful landscape. A brief history about the twin lakes and why it is so 'scary' would have been nice to know too.
My last visit in nkongsamba was 2006 lol! Nice too and will be glad to visit again but it can be cold lol! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Great content Chimex! How long was the entire hike from where the car dropped you guys?
We did it in one day…was not easy. I’ll advice u camp up there and come back the next day.
How long is the hike from the place where the car stopped
About 5 hours to climb
What's the situation in lake Nyos, after the deadly eruption on 21 August 1986?
Closely watched and very stable now.
Chima, young Soban is that you?
Yes ohh thats me

Yea so i learnt…but due to the crisis that road is not safe. Thanks for the more insight
