I have experienced a sleep paralysis like woojinie bcs i was sleeping like his position and it's happen several time.
actually if you sleep in such a situation you will be easily disturbed. It's better if you sleep lying down and putting your pillows or other objects over you, because my sister had experienced such a situation and she heard someone whisper to her.
Right right I had sleep Parlaysis and some spooky experience when I slept at that position. I think it's all in our head
@@lyutttt5692 yes yes right, and I was sleeping in that position when my mom came and touched my hand it felt so vivid as I could see her standing staring at me. But when it asked her she said she didn't do that. I had chills but then. K think it's all related to the brain.

actually i am always get sleep paralysis. but you know what? whenever i get it, i said to myself this is a dream. and i experience lucid dream while my body in paralysis. So i can control my dream and it works!

I had sleep paralysis once. It happened because I was listening some scary ghost story on the radio. I can't move my body and a creepy looking ghost was beside me watching me as I struggle. I thought it was a dream but it wasn't. I tried to call out to my mom who was sleeping beside me but she couldn't hear. I was really scared afterwards I didn't had sleeping paralysis and I don't listen to ghost story on the radio anymore

nochu komtrue that's so creepy. I ever had a sleep paralysis once. I just sleep for 3-5 minutes, and when i open my eyes, there's baby feet but hanging up on my head... Then i try so hard to wake up, try every way just to move... When i saw to the left side, there's a girl with wide-creepy-smile ear-to-ear... I'm screaming so loud but my sister (she's sitting beside me) didn't hear anything. When I woke up, I remember that yesterday I was playing something like paranormal experience at my school... I think she's just warn me to not to play with things like her

I also tried sleep paralysis last month. I can not move my body and I want to shout that time but I can't. Then I saw two ghosts the one ghost holds on my feet and the other one is on my neck they are also a black shadow. I do not know what to do. I forced myself to move my finger and finally I moved it as soon as I moved I woke up. I prayed because I'm so scared that time. I told to my grandma whats happened she said that always pray before you sleep. So I understand how Woojin's fear is. I hope he always praying before he sleep so that it will not happen again.

Yo it happened to one of my cousins too. He woke up and tried to move but he can’t, it’s like someone was on top of him pressing him down. He tried to scream but nothing came out of his mouth. He was like that for like 10 minutes. Scary asf 🤯😱

Here is a scary story that happened to my mother. Before my older sister even existed (she was the first child, I’m the second), she was sitting in front of a mirror while brushing her hair. That same night, my dad was out with his friends. While my mom was brushing her hair, she saw my dad come home. My mom said “hello?” But he didn’t respond and left. An hour or two later, my dad comes back home and my was confused on why he left without saying anything. My dad then responded with “i never came home.” My mom kept on telling him that he did come home. On the other hand, my dad was trying to convince my mom that he didn’t come home. My dad then thought that whatever that ‘bad spirit’ was, left because my aunt was praying.

That sleeping position is the best position to get sleep paralysis im just saying 😊
I experienced sleep paralysis almost every time i sleep in a new place I've never slept in, my tips is you put your bed up and make it stand on the wall if the bed has never been used for weeks/months/years. clean it up and dont let any area surrounding you when you sleep on the bed left empty, fill it up with pillow or anything and dont forget to pray before sleep.

i had sleep paralysis once and its also like what woojin told. I was lying in my bed then the door slowly open just like in those horror movie. And then i saw my grandpa sat in wheelchair and come close to me. He passed away 4 years ago and for me he's the scariest person in the world. I tried to move but it feel like someone push my head to the pilow every time I lift up my head. when i was able to move and it was hard for me to breath, i sweating so much as if i just do a marathon. Sleep paralysis is the worst things i have ever experience tbh

Try to pick hotels with brighter lightnings. The dimmer ones are their favourites cause the air will felt damp.
Hotels with bright lightning are usually pretty clean.
Also, remember to knock before you enter a hotel room every time. It's like getting permission from the "resident" there so they don't disturb you.

Sometimes what a woojin said it's happen to me, so i know what the feel when getting sleeping paralysis
I don't know if it is sleep paralysis or not , but one night I woke up but it was so hard to breathe , I could open my eyes , but my whole body couldn't move , including my mouth , I tried to called my grandmother who was sleeping next to me but could not , but then a few minutes later I woke up , and there I realized that I might be sleep paralysis . I was very scared at that time .

I too saw a ghost....Let me share you the story:
One day at night i was feeling thirsty and i wanted to drink some water. It was around 1:00 am. I went out of the room and i turned the lights and looked outside to see whether my dog is alright. He was sleeping on the cement floor. But then it was a windy weather. The wind was blowing but all of a sudden the wind was like a women's voice. Like the ghost sound. I was really scared and then my dog came inside the house and he looked abit scared. I looked outside and saw a figure of a human. It was smoke. I got really scared. I never ever wanted to experience that again
