The saddest part is that a guy just trying to make a buck for his family who is waiting at home depot was killed for absolutely no reason. He had nothing to do with this. Very very sad. Why would he pull out a gun and shoot? Wouldn’t he try to rob them first? His story didn’t make sense from the beginning. He shouldn’t be getting a “pass” even if he was former law enforcement either.

    • @AidaShawJ.D.

That’s ONE of the saddest parts. The other is that Linda was just trying to live her life and take care of her children. Greed and arrogance led this monster to Redrum two good human beings and orphan his own children! 😢😢😢

Then said she couldn't object to much as it is giving jury an impression that defense is nit picking so to speak. When objecting leaves those points open for argument in defendants direct appeal. Upon notice being given orally on record of defense in behalf of defendant. As well filing notice in court same day guilty verdict has been rendered. She in essence precluded lots of potential arguments from being made during the appellate process. That's not truly being an advocate of client just my opinion and these public pretenders ain't no good either....yet they practicing law 🤔
