Important note for Sym v Moira and Sym v Brig matchups:
For Moira, TP hitbox disrupts biotic grasp and forces her to “headshot” you in a way.
For Brig, if she Shield bashes too early instead of directly near you, it can be blocked by TPs hitbox or by throwing a turret. Occasionally the TP can also block her Whip Shot.

One thing I do with Sym versus a Pharah -especially in close quarter maps like Anubis, I put my turrets at a higher elevation but behind her so she has to stop and turn around or get fried. I've had a ton of success with it when I used to get rocked by Pharahs before the patch.

Another tip against sombra: stand far from your team if you think she has EMP because she completely depletes half your hp with EMP because it’s made of shields and you can’t escape bc you’re hacked

I love watching the turrets go to down on Hammond's mines :D I've mostly played Symmetra this season and it's been great. At first I was gutted the secondary fire didn't go through shields anymore but she's still so good against Bastion and spamming them is just great, you get more random kills than Junkrat even

In Symmetra vs Symmetra matchups, if you know the other Symmetra has already got her turrets set up in a position you can't take them out, you can throw down a teleporter in range of them immediately followed by your turrets: this results in their turrets targeting the teleporter while your turrets can lock on to theirs.
If you walk through the wall 1 second after sound barrier it goes to teamates so dont sit there right after barrier if teamates are on the other side, works around corners too

This is actually one of the most interesting episode that is part of your series. Did anyone else not know that you gain ammo from hitting barriers!?
one thing ive also found with sym is that you can launch your sentrys agressivly toward walls close to enemies, which will divert their attention and causes you to gain an opening. killed quite a few widows who were aware of me that way.

In every close battle Stevoo shot right clicks right at the opponent but since it deals splash damage aiming for the floor would be a much better choice.

Sym's turrets are cancerous
one of the 7 symmetra mains to have ever lived
With the Sym vs Moria 1v1, I've learned a trick to play around her and win. Since her biotic grasp is a soft lock-on, place your tp in front of her and play around it so her biotic grasp will lock onto the tp and you have the advantage to kill her with your orbs or laser, and if she throws an orb at you, you can tp away and tp back to her once her orb is out of your way. Another tip against Moria is that your lvl 3 laser beam does counter her coalescence since it's only 70 damage, but you need to have very good tracking or else your done for, and because she has high self regeneration. However in most 1v1 scenarios, Moria is most likely to counter you because of her fade mobility, self healing, dmg orbs, and soft lock-on, so if your ever in a duel with her, make sure your healer is pocketing you.
KarQ Why Don't You Make Tips With Consle Players Because Some Of The Tips in Any Tips Vids We Consle Players Can't Do Because Of Our Low Low Low Sensitivity, or We Are To Used To Doing Our Consle Things We usally Do Which Sometimes Do Not Work

I use my teleporter as a decoy so that it distracts the enemy team. If there is a symmetra on the enemy team and you are unaware where she placed her turrets, use your tp and place it in front of you since her turrets forcus more on attacking the tp giving you time to destroy her turrets. When the enemy sym ults, shoot at her barrier and go for that weapon charge.
Splendid tips! I only play against medium or hard A.I. with people, but even against bots that can rapidly autotarget her sentries just like Torb's turret can, I keep picking up Symmetra. Such a nice mix of gameplay between her direct damage, turret placement, awesome shield, and teleport shenigans which I often forget to explore. It's funny how often I get play of the game with her.

This is not sarcasm. If the character has gone through 2 reworks and the dev's have confirmed that she is not supposed to be the optimal pick all the time. This means that people picking her for every situation all the time is effectively adding a disadvantage to their team.

Let's also not forget that I was talking about the CHARACTER of Symmetra...
If you are a good player you will climb. If the enemy team is constantly taking advantage of the one trick nature of someone then they'd lose a LOT more but you also have to recognize that there are people on the enemy team doing the same shit so it's easy to maintain doing shit tactics as well.

Blocking a roadhog hook with a turret throw. That's definitely some 900iq shit stevooo would do lmao
I once won a limited duel against Sombra as Symm by standing in the middle of my spawn room with all 3 turrets in various spots on the ceiling (turrets can shoot her out of a hack) and occasionally holding beam while doing a full 360 spin to try and catch her invisible.
In general, I like to use Symm either as a tank hunter, or to catch enemies by surprise with a ceiling turret in a cover room.
Can you do a doomfist updated guide? :) since it was your first in the series and moira, brigitte, and now hammond have been released it would be cool to know some tips on them, and the guest could be brandito or chipsa, and for the heroes who haven't covered tips on the new heroes would be amazing to do an updated vid on too
The uncloaking sombra tip was the most useful for me tbh cause most of these are pretty impractical
Ohhh *that's* why Reinhardts stop and look confused when they walk under my turret traps, I didn't put together the slow from shield and the slow from 3x turrets stacks over 100%! Handy to know!

Another thing you can do against Torb is place your teleporter on top of his turret. The turret will focus target the teleporter and it will buy you and your teammates time to be more aggressive rather than play passively and defensively.
Also against Torb; placing your TP near his turret forces it to target your TP until it is destroyed. This will allow you and your teammates to focus fire on it and eliminate it quickly. ;)

The higher you are when you use your ult, the more it spreads
If you ult and then slam, it almost guarantees the kill because they will be stunned in a minefield
When you lt and swing around, your boop cancels all things that can be cancelled, so use that against Reinhardt or any other problems
