360ml Evaporated milk
360g Condensed milk
25g Clear Jelly Powder
700ml Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ tsp Yellow Food Coloring
3rd Layer
1 cup white sugar
Slurry (3 tbsp cornstarch and 2 cups water)
