All that I get after 5 years of teaching at govt school is being respected. Now the whole village knows me, I get students pranam, and honorifics in each words. Since 5 years apart from lockdown, I have to never take any vacations, and even in lockdown I tried to visit th3 village and tried to guide them.
Yes my salary is extremely low then even a group D stuff, but people honours me, respect my words, thats priceless.
Few days back read about a news where a senior officer spoke that while he was posted everyone used to give him a lot of respect but after retirement even his old driver is not picking up the phone. Sab time ka khel hai and how you treat others.

True, i have seen exactly same conditions with my parents also. But i have also heard from them about other employees who just exploit the govt resources by getting themselves (through bribery or similar ways) transferred to places they don't have to work.
Everyone is contributing towards nation, whether he/she is a govt employee or private. We should respect everyone. Telling corporate slave is not good. It is very tough to type 100-200 lines code, sitting on laptop for 8 hrs continuously and even a small error can end whole hardwork. Respect every profession, every job. Don't make videos for comedy purpose and if making then be neutral and consider both sides and make fun of both sides.

I'm a Government officer. It is very tough now a days for government employees.
Many of my government officer friends want to quit their job and many have already left.
Now there is no pension ,
almost 40% of posts are vacant , so u have to ready for additional charges and that is also without pay, there is no pay for overtime ( government jobs are 24 / 7 job , so u have to ready for work in holidays)
Frequent transfer is the biggest headache, u have to be ready to work any area,
Political pressure to do a work which is not legal, in future it may lands u in serious trouble like criminal proceedings.

Had 10 yrs of service in Indian Airforce....
I left engineering in 3rd semester and join Airforce now having 10 years of service in airforce and getting 70k salary per month with all the facilities like free medical, free AC coach tickets in train, Canteen facility...and the most important things that after having 20 years of service in airforce I am entitled for monthly pension now a days it's 42k per month but when I will get retirement that time I will have a nice amount as a pension which is around 60k per month in 2032 when I will get retirement from airforce.
And got a beautiful wife who is MBA in HR..and also got 15 lakh cash along with Nexon car and full electric and wooden appliances. ..

My father is also a govt. employee and I have seen always seen him working even on sundays. All our relatives think he has an easy life and immense wealth but we know the reality. All sarkari babus are not corrupt and some really do have a vision to improve issues.

If your attitude towards work is good it doesn't matter whether you are a government employee or a private Sector employee, they did not show the flipside of the government employee, the arrogance that some of them portray because they are in a government job.
I had a bad experience in bangalore when a guy on the street got into an argument and shoved me because I was apparently walking past his construction site (which had no partition with the road) , I had to call the cops because he shoved me, and he was literally bragging about being a central government employee in front of the cops.
Last part is relatable. A sarakari naukari guy has to read so many subjects which a corporate guy can never think. He/she finds a government job his/her hard work and passion
