According to your intended work, go only as deep as necessary but no deeper. Try to correlate structural detail with practical importance. When we get interested, it's easy to spend hours in studying intricate details only to realise weeks later that we don't remember much and in fact going into that detail was not necessary.

I have 1 question, after a ischemic (thrombus) CVA, usually high dose aspirin is given for a short amount of time, before switch to clopidogrel or dipyridamol. Do you perhaps know the reason for this? Because this is not in line with the low dose theory about aspirine
