Somewhere in the comments or video someone mentioned warranties. This item comes with a 5 year manufacturer warranty, says on the outside of the box and on a card inside. That's longer than most cars, impressive!!

I was about to purchase this for my wife until I noticed all of the reviews on Amazon mentioning how quickly it stops working. Are you currently using this iron if so have you had any issues?
i love it still but i don’t straighten my hair that often so i don’t really know how long it would last if you use it all the time. i’ve seen a lot of people though that use it all the time and absolutely love it
Do the plates of your iron touch all the way down or is there a gap when you close? Mine has a gap, they only touch at the tip. Bioionic said it is not a defect but im questioning it.
i didn’t really pay attention but i think yours might have a defect because i haven’t noticed that
I just got mine today and noticed the same thing. I don't think it is a defect, I think it's designed that way for probably a very good reason we know nothing about 🤷🏼♀️

Maybe because they vibrate.
