Hey man, maybe this question will serve as a video idea. I like how you mentioned that disciplined has to progressively be built up and that it's like a muscle. The thing I realized happens with me is the following: I see everyone else being able to suddenly "be on monk mode" and being able to "dissappear for 90 days and cme back a new person". The issue is I'm stuck with my discipline, barely making progress. I have the vision sheet "or the Him document". I visualize everyday, repeat affirmations, and obsess over my goals, but I've found that while somebody else might find themselves able to "be disciplined and just do", I find myself unable to do what I know is right despite how much I want to do it or know it will serve my goals. In short, my question is, how come there are people who can "just do it" and be discipline on demand while there are others like me who literally try to but can't do the thing they know they need to do consistently no matter how much they want to do it even if their life depended on it? And most importantly, how can you build discipline when you've hit a wall and can't seem to make progress on it? Waking up early is an example. The only advice I've seen for actually getting out of bed on time without going back to sleep and snoozing is stuff like "oh just do it", or "oh just set your alarm on the other side of the room", but what I've found is that I struggle badly with anything that requires conscious effort, despite how many affirmations I read, how many times I see it in my mind, or how many times I read my goal, I still fail at it. Sure, sometimes I succeed and I'm able to wake up on time (in this example), but I find it weird that it takes me 10x more struggle to do the right thing (and still often fail) compared to somebody else who can somehow in the flick of their fingers go from being a lazy fatass to being on the discipline grind.
You’re not alone in this struggle. I created this channel for this purpose, to get people out of this trap because I was in the same position feeling hopeless. Message me on telegram and we can get this sorted out.
@@lukebrunclik I tried to. Not sure if it's just for me or everyone else but the invite link isn't working. That said, I'd still like to see your thoughts on the above. Will you talk about it in a future video?

Great vid, bro. I currently have a full-time job (at my fams business that i will inherit), and I school at night. I've been wanting to put more time into my own youtube channel, but I keep getting distracted. I suck at time management. Ive known in the back of my mind that i need to make that list. This is my sign to get working on it. Thanks bro 🤜🤛
