I lost my cousin brother at the age of 28. 😢 He was earning good money, as he was an AI and ML engineer. We were talking about financial independence. He had a plan for it... But then life is unpredictable. One night he was caught up in a road accident. And we lost him. 😢. Enjoy your life every day. There is no right and wrong. There is only experience. Follow your dreams till you are alive. Please. 🙏
Lost my son and he took his own life at 16 unexpectedly. It's daily torture. Wouldn't say that living life to the fullest is the lesson. More like your own efforts count less than you think. Don't put too much trust or effort into general platitudes or self improvements.
37yo. My advice is don't look for validation in a career. Put your energy and effort into friends and family these are the only real assets you have in life. Also, success is living true to yourself not the narrative society defines as success
I’m 41 and your advice is spot on 💯!! Many people today wrestle with depression due to expectations of what their life should be, based off of what social media says you should have. Many times those things don’t matter anyway. Find the right things for your own path/journey and be at peace with that.
Or more of seek validation from God .. I know I’m pretty young at 21 years but I have tested both sides being in my dream job and being with God.. I will choose the latter any time 😊
"Everyone is fighting a battle that you know nothing about." This is more or less the definition of entering the wisdom of your 30s. The fact that so many interviewees expressed the same thing speaks volumes. No one cares about you as much as you think they do. Everyone is just trying to make their way in the world. Even hugely (financially) successful people are insecure about something. Or unhappy about something. Just give yourself grace and strive to do better than you did yesterday.
For you younger men as someone who is close to 40. We don't "tune in" until 25-28. Youre allowed to not know what youre doing in your 20s. Learn. Save. Build. Your 30s is where you execute those plans. Time is on you side. Just build towards it.
Yes. Research shows the male brain isn't fully formed until age 25. The science backs up your statement. I think the most important thing is to get on a path. It doesn't matter if you eventually switch paths later. Young people get too side tracked with the end destination. Pick a path and give yourself permission to switch later. If you choose to get married and have kids your choices are all locked in. Don't take others on the ride with you.
I didn't feel anything when turning 30. I turned 44 now, and I've seen my father age and loose mobility. You may live long, but you might not have your health all those years. Nothing to be sad about, enjoy what you are able to do today
obviously....that would be like someone telling you after seeing you trip and fall,to get up,dust yourself off snd keep walking,,,, ,,,uh,,,,no shit, you must think very low of me if you thought i was just going to sit here and not get up,,
This video is really eye opening. I’m in my early twenties and the advice that’s struck me most is, “you’re gonna be okay.” I needed to hear this. Thank you.
30 year old was the hardest for me but it got way better after I made over the 30 hump i learned so much about myself and what I require from myself and others around me. I learned what I will and will not tolerate. I’m 36 now and way more settled and happier. God is good 🙏🏾😊
Don’t abuse people it will catch up to you in your 50’s and you will feel shitty about yourself. So, many people become envious and make total asses of themselves with their assumptions and gossip. Live with integrity, shine your own light instead of trying to dim someone else’ s light. Be straight up and honest. Let your no’s be no and your yes’s yes. Don’t take what does not belong to you. Seek what God has planned for you. Get your own.
This was a fantastic interview-great to hear from people in their 30s reflecting on their journey. Loved the insights on looking inward and finding passion. Owning your storm is key to real growth. Powerful conversation!
I'm 50s and enjoy hearing what they have to say. We were lucky that we didn't have to deal with social media or any of that as young adults finding our way.
i used to think being magnetic was just about looks or confidence, but i couldn’t have been more wrong. i read this book called Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it totally changed my perspective. it breaks down the energy and mindset behind true attraction in a way that just makes sense. once i started applying what it taught, i noticed people reacting to me differently almost instantly. it’s seriously worth a read.
We’re meant to make mistakes that’s the point in life to learn from your ways ands if you live to see the next day make the most of it because yesterday you didn’t know you would be able to. Some of us take life way to serious and we’re told to grow up but sometimes it’s ok to let that little kid out to remind yourself you can still have fun and enjoy life in your 30s as much as you did as a kid. Truth be told you’ll be surprise how many people in this world can care less about what you got going on because life is life for everyone no matter their religion or finances. Just do what make you happy and remember that next sec is not promise so be healthy as you can, enjoy life and take time out for yourself
I'm turning 31. I honestly don't know with my life. I have a remote job - all I do is work, sleep, eat when I finally feel hunger pangs, then get back to work. I'm not spending my earnings, apart from paying the bills and rent. I'm way too afraid to invest. I don't have any hobbies I don't have any motivation I'm contented being alone I don't yearn for any kind of relationship I don't know how to enjoy life. I'm honestly just waiting for death to come knocking on my door to welcome it with open arms.
Try to do a simple act of charity with your saved up earnings. The act of giving can be surprisingly rewarding when you see the impact you are making by the smallest of donations. The key is to do it physically in person so you get the full experience
i remember this one time i felt like no matter what i did, people just didn’t notice me. i tried everything-confidence boosters, social tips, you name it-but nothing seemed to work. then i found this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it completely shifted how i saw myself. it’s not just about being noticed; it’s about understanding the energy you project. honestly, this book made all the difference for me. if you’ve ever felt invisible, you need to read it.
one night i was scrolling through my phone, feeling like i’d never figure out why some people just seem so magnetic. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and something about it caught my attention. reading it was like turning on a light in a dark room. it’s not about pretending to be someone you’re not; it’s about unlocking the energy you already have. trust me, this book is worth every page
i remember feeling like i was always the one fading into the background while others stood out effortlessly. it was frustrating and made me doubt myself a lot. then i came across this book, Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, and it showed me things i’d never even considered. it’s not just a self-help book; it’s like a guide to understanding your own energy and using it to connect with people. if you’ve ever felt like you’re not seen, this book might change everything.
