I visited the Woodlands in 2022 for my birthday weekend. My bestie and her husband live in Spring. I fell in love with the Woodlands because I’m a native of rural East Texas (Piney Woods). It was like home but with a high end urban flair.

Cost - yes. $$$$$. You're paying for the name & the schools with higher taxes.

Be careful touting trees. Hurricanes & recent storms & high winds have blown down trees on a relative's home. They've had a lot of damage from tall trees partially destroying the structure. In the latest, the neighbor's trees blew over from their yard onto my family member's home next door. & guess who's insurance is covering the damage - not the neighbor's even tho their trees caused all the damage.

Disagree with all the hypocrisy you said it's one of the most expensive neighborhoods plus everything is expensive

Did you actually watch this video?? Compared to Houston, the data would disagree with you. Lower property tax rates, lower insurance costs, cheaper gas, higher income..

@@ChaseGilesRealtor stop saying hypocrisy because everything is expensive so doesn't make a difference
