Eye dominance DOES matter. Ideally, you'd want your dominant eye to be slightly inside inline with the golf ball. He is half correct.

Why don't ping make there new putters sing just like the A1 putter that putter sounds way better

As big of a fan as I am of Ping, I can’t agree with that statement lol. Personally, I have no love for the “pinginess” of my 1A. It’s not quite the “ping” of the 1A, but I have seen the Sound Slot on some custom PLDs.
