Congrats to Married Engineer on the food park in development. Looking forward to your food reviews of the eateries that will be there.
Love how vibrant the arts community is in Tagum City. That huge carabao sculpture is so cool! I can see why you feel the need to go see it when you're there in Tagum City.
    Aloha! at Mabuhay! 🤙

Cool 😎 food park Married Engineer!! Congrats on such a nice idea.
The restaurant menu is awesome 👌
I make these fritters with cassava and fish 🐟 yes we have cassava in Florida and allover the Caribbean Islands, and prepare lechon the same way as in the Philippines 🇵🇭 and yes, I had lechon in the Philippines primarily in Cebu City.
    Well Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 ☺️

MANGA-SAY is from the word, MGA (MANGA)- ASAY - MGA means like US, WE or the person itself - ASAY means, where or anywhere. In other words, whenever there is a party or gathering where foods are, you are there! So, ASAY KAON TOA is a bisaya term and people refer to those people as MGA-SAY to make it short.

Mangasay simply means "gatecrashers" a group of people or barkadas who are surprisingly present during fiestas or any open events in a barrio or a specific place. They're just there to eat or drink softdrinks. Lol. I should know that 'cause I was one during my younger days. 😂 You can simply throw a joke if there's an upcoming fiesta or wedding by telling your bisaya buddy. "Asa Ta Mangasay? Or jus "Mangasay Ta! Lol.

Yow bro asay is a joke term for eating in any ocasions like fiestas, christining, birthdays, weedings etc. The whole joke sentence is " asay kaon tua" so when you hear the word asay or tara mangasay ta when there is a celebration it means lets go to fiesta and eat. Or sometimes they use it to a person or a group of poeple like mangaonay converted to mangasayay. Eater so thats what asay means or sometimes they called it eat and run hahaha..
