Actually the Florida classic is a football game between FAMU and Bethune-Cookman to historically black colleges the thing is that the locals meaning guys from Tampa Miami Orlando Jacksonville made it more of a hangout weekend and then Georgia Alabama and everybody else start coming then the event just went from there

Then you got the Florida style car show in a location in Orlando. The Florida classic game use to be in Tampa but Orlando has been hosting this event for a few years now. So ya the car show seems to get bigger and bigger every year. Now you got out of town people bringing they whips down, it’s all love in Florida.

Modifying cars are American as apple pie. Where you been even back in your era they had hot-rods. They even modified regular motorcycles into choppers. Ya you will always have classic car guys that don’t believe in changing anything on a classic car, I get it. But you always had guys even in the 60s that made hot- rods or modified cars. It’s an American thing. I get your point though certain cars should be left original.
