I was wondering if the color was really Long Beach Blue. In this video it looks like the wonderful Estoril Blue. But M2 didn’t come in this color, right?

You can't 'just' waterblast it. If you watch closely you can see they covered the air filter. You should also watch out for the fuse box and other electronics. Definitely don't do it if you're not sure how to do it correctly.
